Does not matter who the last person to own the number was when it is most likely spoofed.

Where should I check to see if my phone shows a "custom OS" or "network admin"?

Maybe ask your phone carrier instead of some random person on a phone number look-up site who is never going to return to answer your question.

To my knowledge, there is no way to stop someone from spoofing a phone number. What you could do is change your voicemail message to acknowledge your number has been spoofed & that if the caller doesn't know you, you didn't call them.

Got 3 texts about 3 minutes apart, then one about 3 hours later. All 4 had different account numbers and different verification codes. I changed my phone number about 2 weeks ago because of the amount of spam and scam call I get every day. I feel like this is a scam.

Well, unless you requested a verification code 4 different tubes, yes, it's a scam.
And all you did by changing your phone number is now you're getting the unwanted calls & texts the person who previously had your "new" number tried to get away from.
