After 3weeks of getting calls from 206-445-6112, and they are consistent with the times they call me, last week I was checking their pattern from my verizons incoming data, I have now decided to forward all my home calls to my Skype.  
I have no idea where the call truly originates from, and I don't want people walking by my home making calls on their cells, to see when I am home.  
With so many cellphones and the ability to get any home numbers from countless types of online directories, criminals can call our homes to see our home life patterns, and we're none the wiser thinking the caller is a telemarketer, or spammer.  
We are thinking of opting out of having a house phone and have been concidering it more especially when call block and the do not call lists don't appear to work.  
Where is the benefit of a home phone, to those of us who have cells?  I don't have an answer for those who don't, other than maybe it's a better idea to get a cell over house line.

This is getting ridiculous!  There is a government department that could be making gazillions of dollars by fining these morons!  Geesh!

They call all the time and as previous posters have stated pressing 3 does not work.  Have added it to my list of blocked phone numbers.  Hope it works!

I am on the Do Not Call registry.   This number has been call every day for two months.  I've picked up several times and followed the automated message instruction to press #3 to be removed from their calling list.  Despite making this request, I still receive calls.  Today I received a call and this time I pressed #5 to speak to a representative.  When she came on the line I told her I've requested them to stop calling on several occassions yet still receive calls.  She said she'd remove my number from their lists and hurried off the phone....we'll see.....

Has anyone been getting these record Security type scamming or sales calls from : 206-397-1273 ?
The recording starts off  with "According to the FBI, home break ins. da da da" this message comes from several different numbers. No matter how many times you put your number on their Do NOT CALL List  they call from another number. They are selling some type of home security  & they are  a pain in the daily life.
The other callers/pains are the Diebetic Supplies  companies, these "Wrong " numbers type calls: someone looking fora person, Usually a creditor."...
