Received a call on our business line.  No person was there, no dial tone, nothing.  Hate tying up our line.

I picked up.  An automative voice came on.  Some kind of Google ad.  I was given the option to press two to be removed. I pressed two and hung up.

Same as above--I pressed 2.

Will not stop calling. I have asked them to remove my number but since then, the annoying calls have doubled.

This same robocall comes across from different phone numbers almost on a daily basis. They are trying to get you to do something with Google.  If they were smart they would know any savvy business person can deal with Google direct.  Doesn't matter how many times you ask them to stop.  Today they called on three of my business lines at the same time.  I was told that the Do Not Call list is only for residential phones, not businesses.  There must be some way to make them stop calling and interrupting your work day.

there should be a way to report these calls to an specific gov't agency to make them stop. It is a violation on our privacy, and most likely our personal data has been released to third parties entities so they can scam us out! Please keep Reporting these phony numbers!

Claims to be our "local Google specialist" but they are not local and don't work for Google, so must be a scam. Have asked them not to call, but their robot dialer keeps calling us anyway.

Robocall that claims to be our "local Google specialist" but they are NOT local and probably don't work for Google. Have tried to opt out by pressing the 2, but that didn't work apparently for the last 2 phone calls I've received from them.  Today pressed the 1 and advised her that we are a municipal office and don't require their service.  Asked her to remove our number and she said "I can remove your number from MY (emphasis) call sheet". Doubt this will stop the calls however, but it doesn't reflect favorably on Google.

Called me.  They are not part of Google, or even from what I can tell, even a Google Certified Partner, or any way affiliated with Google. Their web site is ilocallistings.com.  They appear to be affiliated with 29prime, which if you google search "29prime complaints" you will see multiple entries in Rip-Off Reports and other places.  If they are still not taking you off their phone list, you can call them at the number provided to me for calling them back - 888-770-3950.
Their web site has a "Do Not Call" link on it.  I have no belief that it would work.  Frankly, any company that calls unsolicited with a pre-recorded announcement and has a "Do Not Call" link on the web site just feels like pure scam to me.  But, maybe that's just me.  Also search of CA Sec. of State site for Corp and LLC information didn't show up anything, but their Terms cite CA as the governing venue.

you can file a complaint with the FCC. Go to their website and fill out the on line form in about 5 minutes.

Ditto.  There must be a solution there must!  Is everyone getting this types of calls on mobile devices? Or VoIP lines?  I am a software engineer and am so compelled to put serious personal resources to this.  Not to make boat load as the primary objective but to feel confident that this phone call is truly intended for me.  As a small biz owner it's not that I loose 15 daily with no thanks no thanks ... But it's thar one call I don't pick up that would provide income for my family for couple of months and I don't pick up because it's unknown number to me and I'm take a chance on one false negative.

I like 800notes and a couple of others as I can sleep better reading 5 others that got the same call kindly took to the time to post here.  But when no post are found for a number I spend even more time calling back to ensure I'm not disappointing anyone, so on and on, you're damn if u do and damn if you don't

If anyone thinks this to be a fight worth taking on to become quicker calibarators to prevent their calls being answered give me your thoughts my username is the real me google it or @pknsuthar but I don't want it seen as trying to get a viral twitter feed. I dream of the best case and not have my phone ring but if I could only know 2 people got a bunk call in the last 2 hours I can feel confident moving on with my daily business.   I can only see this coming to an end through small helping the small, the biggies will never support such a request.  Even though it's so waestful for all parties.

FTC can do nothing as it is not illegal for telemarketer to call businesses. If you don't believe me read up for yourself it says right on the FTC website it is not illegal for telemarketers to call businesses.

Telling people who own a business to file a complaint is just wasting their time because the FTC can't do anything in regards to telemarketers calling businesses.

If your a business owner like I am you should know the Do Not Call list does not apply to your business. The FTC even has on their website saying that even if you register your business on the Do Not Call list that since the number belongs to a business they can not enforce it as it is not illegal for telemarketers to call a business. The only way you are going to stop these people is to get a call blocker and block out entire area codes. that your business doesn't do business in. I'm sorry but for businesses there is no other way to stop the calls.

They call my Google Voice number all the time as I use it for business. I block one number and they call from another.

Called our business cell, no answer , no dial tone after, really stuopid and boring! We get approx. three different every day, also faxes.
