Seem to like calling between 8:30 and 9:00 pm Called me at 8:39. I did not pick up. Did not leave a message.

Can anyone suggest whom I might contact for these types of callers?

Left no message.  Blocked call after reading reports here.

Caller ID: JOHN INFORM ELE  Seattle WA.  If I don't recognize the number,I don't answer.

Scam robo-caller trying to capture your spoken words under false pretense. People lower their guard with a robo-call and think they can play games with it, and that is how they get you. Many people will get drawn in and slip-up. With how far artificial intelligence technology has progressed, not sure it's even safe to give negative responses. Recommend you hang-up.

An unwanted call from this Seattle VOIP number arrived today.  When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message.  Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

Many posters report the perpetrator attempts to record a "yes" answer from the victim.  This answer is then used as authorization to open fraudulent accounts and incur charges in the victim's name.

DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THESE TELECRIMINALS!  LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS!

"JOHN INFORM ELE" on the caller ID as well.  Thanks for all the info. These snakes are getting even worse.
Just a couple words of a recorded voice before it hung up. Couldn't make out what it said.
I'll just let the fax machine scream in their ear next time.  It also ties up there robodialer for a minute too.

I signed up for the national & my state "DO NOT CALL " I still get unwanted calls. These callers do not leave a message.

wanted to tell them what I thought so I answered. Don't think they were scammers. Didn't think that it was the scam to capture you saying yes, especially since I said NO to the Trump question. Going to block them. No outfit from Salt Lake could be left wing. Here's a link to their website.
