Got a call from this number claiming it was the irs and they were filling a lawsuit on me and have me some number to call back. Yeah i really doubt that when I've never missed paying my taxes and after reading the comments here I'm guessing they got my number because I'm applying  to refinance my house. Bunch of crooks and for shame trying to rip people off at Christmas time. I didn't even call it back but maybe i should just to curse them out

Same IRS BS as everyone else. They actually called here (California) at 5:50 am! Scumbags.

Claimed there was a tax due and must call immediately to stop lawsuit / collection.

This was a prerecorded message stating the IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me and I was to call the number immediately.  I knew it was a scam so never called back.

Received robocall cliaming to be from IRS as a final notice as the IRS is filing a suit against me.  Complete scam as any such filing would be done through documents.  Complaint made to state fraud commission.  Hopefully this will shut these people down, but with phone spoofing who knows.

8:30 AM!!! They call every three days!

The IRS is suing me for back taxes

ran phone number. Came up as Cramen Adams in Post Falls Idaho. Called Police dept in that town they said it would be taken care of  that was Sat.

They have called me multiple times and left numerous voicemails that I owe the IRS taxes over $6000 from 2008-2013 in which we have paid our taxes and have not received a letter from actual IRS stating we owed any money.   I told Mark Williams #1465198 that I was reporting them since this is a scam and I would not provide them my SSN as well.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
