It is West Asset Management, a collections company.

This number is just one of a bunch that these lovely people use. They don't leave a message.

This number calls 4 times a day back to back and doesn't leave a message and calls all hours of the day.

Called me. I picked up, but I did not say anything. And then I heard a click, and they hung up.

DO NOT call my cell phone again if you can't leave a message!

Calls on a regular basis. Never leaves a message. Probably a scammer!

I called back and it said that this call would be monitored and to wait for the call to be picked up  every day back to back

Collection Agency... they call and never leave a message. called back, finally got a hold of a real  "live " person. i recorded the callas they were recording it and got taken off the call list..

They keep calling and asking for a person that doesn't live here saying I need to give them info on that person.  I have asked and demanded several times to take me off there list and to stop calling.  They just say they are sorry and do it again.  

Just spam in a can

Quit calling me!

Calls and I answer doesn't say anything. Makes me worry if the are debt collectors dine I have near prefect credit.

They are scammers. Report them to the FCC.

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.
