I just got the same thing. They said thier comapny was the 'International Promotion Company' LOL It was $9.97 to claim my $100 gift card $25 restaurant gift card and $2,000 in coupons. Scam

Called my unlisted cell number.  Rang once, then hung up.
9:45AM EDST on 1/28/14.

I recvd a call from this # as well a little while ago but after 2 rings it hung up.  I searched it & found this.  Thanks for posting.  Will not be calling those scammers back.

Keep getting calls from 209-208-6144 - I never answer it as I do not recognize the number  From reading the other posts it is a scam - they want you to pay them money to get gift cards, etc.  then they have your credit card info. and/or bank account info.

I got rid of our land line to avoid getting such calls, now they call my cell.

Called on Jan. 28, 2014.  Did not leave a message.  Must be an auto dial.

I got a call on my cell phone. After one ring they hung up.  I am on the "Don't call list.".  This was at 1:20PM on 28 January 2014.

I just received the same call. My phone didn't ring but showed a missed call. I called the number back and pressed 1 to claim a gift card. The guy wanted my name, address, and credit card number to charge $9.95 for shipping and handling. Don't think so....

I got call 1/28/14 at 8:08 p.m. from 209-208-6144. I answered on 2nd ring, but, it immediatly hung up/disconnected.

This phone number, among others come up with the same message when I call back based on "recent access to an affiliated cite"

Caller lets the phone ring twice and hangs up.  So intrusive!!!

This shows up as a call from CA, USA ON 1/29 @ 9:49 p.m. EST.  RANG TWICE, no message on my cell phone. I'm really sick of this crap...I'm on the do not call list!

Got a call to my pay-as-you-go cell phone at 7:38PM from this number. Phone rang twice and stopped. Looket it up here and will not call back and will block this number and turn it in as a violating do not call list.

This number keeps calling me for the last couple weeks.  No message left on my voicemail
