209-208-6144 called my cell and then hung up.  No message.  Don't know anybody there - not calling back.  
So irritating.

I just got a call from and my call block on my phone intercepted and disconnected this number.  Why bother having your number on a Do not call list, if there are ways to get around for scammers.

Noticed a call came in and missed answering it. It was listed as unknown. I do not answer those calls.

I have received missed calls from this number with no messages left a few times. I do not return calls if I do not recognize the numbers.

Why do I feel that "The Phone Detective" is harvesting the fruits of these calls

CID read unknown name. machine picked up/they hung up. idiots

I do not want calls from 209-208-6144 any more. Please take me off your call list.  Please put me on your NO CALL LIST.

This is a fraud company that is trying to steal people's identity. Do not give them any information about you or return their phone call. They tend to call and hang up & then wait for people to return their call. If you received a call from them inform your phone provider to place a block on this number
