Okay, so I *think* I'm able to understand what you posted.  Seriously though, drop the text shorthand and use a spell-check.

Companies can and will steal information from you.  Confirmation of any personal data such as your birth date, name, address, etc. can open the gates.  That's assuming they're calling for you specifically.  How about if they're calling for another person, and after telling them the person does not live here, they persist.  You can absolutely put them on the do not call list, but I would recommend contacting your state's AG office to file a complaint.  Every state has different rules and regulations on collections, but most of these companies operate within a very shady gray legal area.  If they continue, tell them you're reporting them.

Some doctors offices/labs are using this service if you want to make payments on your bill because of your plan. The lab I went to when I got my CT scan wants 200 bucks a month. I cannot afford that, so they send you to this place. It is not for deadbeat collections, just makes payment arrangements so that you can pay your bill. And before you ask why my insurance does not cover it...I work for a small to midsize company that uses Obamacare. Now everyone knows that under Obamacare, there is a deductible that needs to be met first...mine is 3500 dollars. I have not met that deductible yet...soon...and that is why payments need to be setup. And, No, I don't work for this company...

answered once - calls 3-5x per week - wants Drivers license number and last 4 digits of soc sec.  Blocked it.

unfortunately, they have until 9pm. I personally think that's way too late, but that's the law

It is very disappointing how they run their business. Each month I call to make a payment, if I get lucky -my phone call gets answered but I can’t even say any word before I get to be placed ON HOLD again. Another person gets my Acct# and tells me they can’t find my acct# so they transfer me to another person. I get a couple of rings until another rep picks up only to put me on hold again… Each time I have to introduce myself, tell them my acct# and verify my address.

How hard is it to run a company with enough people to take phone calls and actually TALK to the caller without placing them ON HOLD for 3x??? This is so far the worst customer service and AR company there is. Some things need to change big time.

I have been paying my bill with them on time since I started even despite being unemployed and on unemployment. However this last time my unemployment benefit didn't get deposited into my bank account until the 9th so I couldn't pay until then and it had NO way of getting to them until after the due date of the 10th. And calling without leaving a voice mail is stupid and no way to do business. I cannot control when my unemployment benefits reach my account. Businesses like them need to understand that.

If on your cell just block the number.

Had a call from this number, said they are from sutter gould and need to verify my birth date (they had my address). I happen to be a patient of Sutter Gould. Go figure how they got this info. Anyway, I said that I don't know who the number they are calling from is and would only communicate via Sutter Gould member area or with a valid call back number. They were nice, haven't heard back.

I received a call but they didn't leave a message. The best advice I've gotten is to tell them "you do realize that you've reached a division of local law enforcement?" Most of the time they don't call back

Caller ID = "UNAVAILABLE," a red flag. Somebody calling for a person with my last name but a different first name. I suspect it is a bill collector. I know my phone number has been hijacked and associated with the other person.

Received a message from "USCB America," a debt collector. They are also known as J&L Teamworks. Personally, I have nothing to complain about except that I have not received any written notice that they will be calling. However, judging from previous comments and from complaints on the BBB site, their practices are very sloppy, dishonest, and illegal.
