same problem as everyone for me but in Belgium...many calls these last days...please try to stop this because every call is transfered on my mobile phone and I have to pay for this

rcvd a call from this #, no message left, but I do have some friends in the SA area...returned the call to get a "you have reached a non-working number"

Im in New Zealand and got this call from a woman in the philipines saying she was from avon and I had won a trip to the bahamas,wanted my credit card details.....as if I am that dumb.Definately a scam

This person calledmy cell, but I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I called the number back a few hours later and it said the number was no longer in service or had been disconnected!!! CONFUSED??????

I have been getting calls from this number recently, but they have not been leaving a msg nor have I answering the phone.  I tried calling the number back this evening.  It gives a msg saying that it is not in service.

Got a call today and one yesterday from this number.  They do not leave a message.  When I called back, it says the number is not in service.

We got a call from this number here in austria. The told a colleague that they want to speak with me. But I wasn´t at the office. First I thought they are maybe some guys I met at vacation in belgium, but then I googled and found this site, so I´ll never call back.

Received a call from 210-280-8096 on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 11:16AM EST. A man with an inidentifiable accent stated that he was calling concerning the "future education of students" so that they may "go to college." He then stated that the call would be recorded for quality assurance purposes and asked for my consent for to all conditions. When I started to question him about his "organization" he thanked me for accepting his call and then hung up. I called the number back, but was told that it was a non-working number.

Got a couple of calls from this number, I ignored them. Decided to pick up this morning, the caller mentioned my name and wanted to know if I wanted to go to school, and I hung up. Now my Blackberry is fried and the number called again this afternoon.

googled this phone number after I received two cell phone calls.  Luckily, I didn't answer due to being at
a birthday party for my nephew.

Got a phone from this number. The lady didn't speak very good English. She said she called from Luxembourg (Which is +352 not +1). She wanted to check if their information on me was correct, then I hung up. I have a company registered on my name in Norway, maybe that is how they got my info. Stay away from this number!

I just received a call from 210-280-8096.  There was no response.  I hung up.   Two minutes later it happened again.  I have been waiting for a call from this area so I took the call.   There was no response.  This website is excellent.  I found it easily.  
Don't answer the phone when this number is on your display....

Please make them stop!!!!
