This dip-[***] left a voicemail threatening me if I did not respond to his message. I could barely understand his horrible accent, he sounded like some sand pounding middle-eastern [***]. I cannot take a call like this seriously. I called back immediately about 20 times and could not get through, the connection was terminated every time. Cannot be that important then, right!? Lol. The number was 210-888-8377. The caller id came up exactly as this: TX, USA.
I cannot WAIT for one of these fools to call me back soon, I shall pretend to be the owner of a Chinese restaurant with a really thick accent. I will ask him/her what they want to order, then I will push the fried rice special until they become impatient. Then I will ask for an address to mail the food to; however, I shall require an address and social security number to verify it's not a fake order call. Shall I send them the ISIS special? BOOM!!!

I just called this moron back after listening to a ridiculous message left by him. The number was 210-888-8377. When he answered, I pretended to be a Sand-Boogie going by the name "Ali Camal" using a ridiculous fake accent (Lol). He asked what number originally called me (second sign of stupidity) and left the message…I replied "this one". He asked me for my phone number so I gave it to him since he already had it anyway, then he asked my name and said he would search for my case file #. He found it and said that I owed the IRS thousands of dollars and that I would be summoned to court if not paid (funny considering Ali Camal does not exist with my particular phone number). So I played the game, apologizing for my tardiness of the bill and that I would pray to Allah that I would not get in trouble. He said he could not guarantee me not going to court; but, was willing to take down my  social security # and a credit card # so to pay this bill promptly. I then read him off a random number, he then asked me for the 3-digit security number on the back. I told him "666". I then dropped the pathetic fake accent and told him my name was Frank Rizzo of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Fraud Department and that his number was traced and address tracked down and that he would soon be visited by special agents Scully & Mulder at his residence to take him in for questioning. He then hung up on me which made me sad since I was having so much fun with him. Please do not pay attention to this fool, he is an awfully incompetent scammer. I do encourage a call back though to play with him…hehe.

Got two calls today. Recorded messages the same as above. The accent is Nigerian i believe. The call is rooted through a VOIP system so it could be coming from anywhere in the world. Most likely west Africa. Hope the ebola gets him soon.

I am also getting calls from 1-210-888-8377, my gentleman addresses himself as Office Rick Carter, if he was from the IRS, his job title would be Agent, not officer.  Oh, he wishes me luck if I do not call him back.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

They called me too asking for my name and last name or else I will be put to jail.. Sounded like some Indian man it's a damn scam

I received this voice mail message.  When I called back, they answered "Internal Revenue Service".  I asked what the call was regarding.  He wanted my name.  I gave it.  He wanted my address.   I told him that he should have my address and again asked what the call was regarding.  He asked again for my address.  Again, I deflected and asked what the call was regarding.  He hung up.

Got a call today 4/6/2015 from an "Officer Eric" same thing, indicating he was calling from the IRS, etc.    Demanding immediate call back.   Pretty sure when the IRS owes you money, they don't call you.   Just saying

Got the same call today from IRS Officer Eric and needed to call or my lawyer or bad things would happen. Well needless to say called back and no answer..

I got a very threatening call from this number and same accented man.  I tried to call back but the number just auto-disconnects.  Reporting to Attorney General...

Received a threatening call from 1-210-888-8377 I did not return the call

I received a voicemail from 210-888-8377 (Barry/Harry Foster), informing me that he had a very time sensitive call that he needed to speak to me about and if I did not return the call, he would wish me the best of luck.  When I called back, he asked for my number and name - knew what town I lived in.  He had a thick accent.  He asked the name of my criminal attorney or if I had been contacted by the local police yet.  I said no and he said he would read me my affidavit.  At this point I started to look up the number online to see if it was a scam.  Once I realized it was, I immediately hung up.

Officer Eric, what a joke. For the fun of it I called "officer Eric" back and had a chat with him, he asked me for my phone number, I gave him the phone number he gave me to call back to and that idiot proceeds asking me if I am person so and so and my address is so and so and that I am involved in a IRS case I am being investigated. None of the info he provided was correct but when I didn't understand what he said (bad accent) I asked him to repeat, he hung up.

I was waiting for "officer Eric" to say I must pay by money transfer immediately, I was disappointed he hung up LOL.

Threatening message that information is time sensitive and either me or my attorney better return call or good luck to me.

I got the same call/message as everyone else. Derrick Foster, either I or my attorney must call, don't ignore this call(!!), or he wishes me luck as bad things unfold. I really hope no one falls for this. At least scam us with kindness, what's with the intimidation?

I got a call from 210-888-8377. Officer Ray, he told me the same thing. Needless to say, I hung up on him.

Received a call from Officer Erik Foster who said that i or my attorney should  call  him back at  210 888-8377 and warned  me not to try to disregard his call.  If i didnt call him back he wished me luck as the situation unfolds on me.

Officer ray Morgan called telling me I'm going to jail for fraud

Just got one of his calls today. Good thing I Googled the number and was able to see that others have received the same call. I never answer numbers that I don't recognize so luckily it went to Voice Mail. He used his regular name but I could tell he was using a voice changing thing. It was hard to understand but once I played it a couple of times I realized how disturbing it was.
