I received a call telling me that he was from the IRS and  if I did not call back he would turn my case over the FBI
Officer Barry Foster. had a real heavy accent .sounded like a call center in the back ground people yelling???

I got the same call today from Officer Foster. Definitely a scam. Do not call back!

Received this call today with the threat that I should not attempt to ignore this call because something bad will unfold upon me.  Same message as everyone else seems to have received.  Next call will be from an attorney, LOL.  Because he did not leave a name, I called back from my work phone and the answer was "Internal Revenue Service".  I asked for his name and was called a name I won't post here.  Then he hung up.  I called the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Hotline at (800) 621-0508.  They also referred me to the IRS for reporting the incident (800-366-4484) as well as the Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357).  The calls appear to be coming from a call center of unknown origin.  I was advised to share this information as it may assist them in tracking down the culprit.

Noticed the missed call from this number. No voicemail though. Seems odd since most other ppl received a voicemail. Based on previous comments, I'll just block the number & move on with my life...

Call I got was from 210-888-8359. Called back. Went straight to a recording.. "person at ext100 is not available. Leave a message at the tone"
