I was an employee for the company, it was a very nice job even that we have to call to people sometimes to disturb I enjoyd it, time in the company was boring, payment very bad and work sucks in sintaxis.

Just received a call from this number identifying as "American Auto Protection" service department, looking for someone with the first name of Modesto about the warranty on his Jeep Cherokee.  No clue who Modesto is and I don't even own a car.

I had a received a call a few months back same name and car info but the call that time came from a CA area code and this one was from 888.  I told them back then they had a wrong number.  Called Back again today (blocking my number) and the automated message said "payment center".  Hit the extension number, got the person who had called me, told them they had left a message for Modesto whatever his last name was, that this was not him, I did not know who he was, had told them before this was not his number, and not to call back!  We'll see what happens!

I used to work here and everything about the comonay was shady. Worked there for 3 months and got laid off because I did no speak Spanish. Harry, Raffi, Jason, and Diana are all shady people. Company is crap, pay sucks, always lying to employees, and not worth the time I was there.

i used to work there until the company closed down.  I did not get my w2 and I am trying to do my 2014 taxes. By any chance does anyone received a w2 and has the Federal ID number for All American Auto protection or Precise Auto protection.  This is the EIN number for the company.

I  worked in Global outsource solutions, every time we called a customer we were only allowed to say that we was calling from the vehicle processing department, but it´s just [***]... Now the call center is placed in San Jose, Costa Rica, Near to the Hospital Mexico, between Repretel and Combate... The ownwer of the company is called Victor Hugo Jimenez Villalta ID 1-1005-0425... Now you know where the calls are from...  The company´s ID is 3-101-687493

I believe the vehicle processing center is getting their information from dealer's. My family has bought 4 cars in 2 months. Of the 4 my father and I bought trucks a month apart from daytona dodge. My wife bought her van from daytona dodge a week after me and my mother bought her van at the end of the second month from arrigo dodge. My mother is the only one not receiving calls. Our vehicles were bought in may and June and we all bought the unlimited warranty through mopar. We have no reason to need their warranty with less than 10,000 miles on each vehicle. We definitely don't need it on top of a bumper to bumper unlimited.
I have filed a complaint every time they called me or my family to the BBB and the government. I have sent registered letters, that keep coming back, to any address I can find for them. This is complete crap. I get calls 2 to 4 times a day sometimes on my number. They call as early as 8am and as late as 10pm. I even blocked their numbers, but they just call from a different one if I do. HELP!!!!

Hello sir how are you, my name is pedro just I was reading about your complains about that call center vehicle processing center or processing deparment I Know a lot information about that "supoustly company" it was and it is scam as I beg don't answer the phone if you see that phone number on your caller I.D.  I wouldn't like that anyone answer to that phone number because I feel bad inside and very sorry about all the innocent people Who is scam by that [***] rats, by the way that company is not in the u.s.a is here in my country costa rica central if you or someone else would like that I provide more information and everything that I know just send me an private message. I am able to answer everyone is questions as I don't have anything to hide just I really wanna help. Hello if you or someone else wanna Know more information about this horrible company and the managers, Just send me a message as I will say everything that I know of them my parthers and I found out that it was an scam it was too late because all the time just they were hiding of the light saying that s.... Wasn't any scam come on it doesn't mean sentences, if that company never haven't been an scam why the call centers agents couldn't say to the costumers the real f.... Company is name is soo sad and dissapointed, to do something like that I am soo sorry about all the people that maybe had been scamed by them. Ive received numerous phone calls from Dealer Processing Center asking me to purchase an extended warranty on a vehicle I haven't had for 2 years. Each time they have called, Ive told them I no longer have  the vehicle and to take me off of the calling list.. That was 10 calls ago.. I told them this last time, which was today at 10:00am, if I received another call from that company, I would get my attorney to file a complaint..

Said he was from the "Vehicle Processing Department". I asked him what the company name was, he just said the company was the Vehicle Processing Department. These idiots can't even come up with a good cover.  I asked him what the company website was, he said "Derrrrr...uhhh, I don't think we have a website. Sounded like a total moron.   I laughed and hung up.

This is a scam. They were doing it out of Azusa California. They are presently doing it out of LA verne California. Call the Laverne California police department or the Los angeles county sheriff's department and report the number so they can obtain warrants! This same group originated from a company called dealer services in Chatsworth ca, who is owned by a crook out of New Jersey. They sell bogus warranties, get credit card and check info and never pay off. Pleaee call the police
