Just received a call from this number. When I answered, a guy with an Indian accent said "Hello this is James calling from the United States Federal Grants department". He said that I had been selected for a personal grant and that he needed to confirm my name and phone number. I told him that I needed his number and extension so I could call him back and he hung up on me. I could here other people (with Indian accents) in the background reading a similar script. I will report this number on the FTC website, especially because they were pretending to be a government entity.

A guy called asked if I was gay and said he was a friend of mine

Answered knowing it was spam, said Hello and nothing else. Long pause then an beep and automated voice saying "Good-bye"  I am on the DNC list... doesn't do any good.

I got the very same message.. I told him I was not interested.. and in the middle of me telling him to remove my number from his list as it was a work number.. he hung up on me.

One day they're offering me a job, the next day they're offering me education. Today, I qualified for a whopping $9,000,000 from the government! Wowee! When I asked to be taken off of their caller list, I was cussed out and argued with. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I just made things that much worse. So... That's nice!

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Got a call, didn't answer and no message left. @Kim: these idiots don't respect the DNC list because they don't actually operate out of the U.S. Even if they did they wouldn't because they're criminals. Just ignore them.

I answered the phone and they immediately said "To whom am I speaking with?" I said hello who is this and can I help you? He said "To whom am I speaking with?"  I don't have time for whatever games they are playing.  He sounded really really lethargic. Gross.  Whatever they are selling/giving away I don't want it.  It is probably a scam!

British gentleman called regarding boss's website. The Call came up on my screen Ames Home Loan. Told him boss was in trial and that he was not interested. This is insane. I am boggled with these "spam callers" all day long at my job now. It has grown from 1 call to 5-6 calls per day

My 13 year old son got a call from this number (once from unknown and the second from this number).  Both times it was a foreigner who could hardly speak English.  He asked for my son by name.  The second time I answered and told him that my son is a minor and he needs to stop calling.  I told him that if they called again I would be asking to talk to a superior.   He said "Can I still talk to him"  I said no you can't speak to him HE IS A MINOR and you can't speak English so why are you calling.  He then said you  f'ing b*tch what did I do to you?  Seriously?!?!

The caller asked to speak to eitherCindy or Candy don't know which because of the heavy accent. When I said I don't know any Cindy or Candy the caller said [***] You! Go to Hell! Then hung up

Was told l was awarded a grant.  Government issued Grant.  My visa was jacked for almost $500. two days before.  Ticketmaster.  Which l reported of course.

Came up on my ID as Ticketmaster - very heavy accent not sure from where.  Stated my name and number was randomly selected to receive $9,000 couldn't understand what she said it was for but with no repayment.  She said she was calling from the US Government in Washington DC when I asked why the phone ID said Ticket Master she hung up on me - LOL

I did not answer the call from this number. I received an automated message claiming the IRS has issued an arrest warrant for me.

Called today, heavy Indian accent states he works for US government. I told him he is a scammer and he got very nasty when I asked what branch of government he works in. Scam scam scam

They called and said I had won $7,000 because I always pay my bills and taxes. I asked what it would cost me to get this. The woman said. "Just a minute ". She came back and said it would cost me nothing. I played along enough to ask how I would get it ...she started to say something more and then hung up. Since then I've had 3 more. I don't answer. I don't want to be bothered by this anymore. Please help it find and prosecute these scammers
