On July 22nd I got my 1st call from 213-452-6533 @ 7:09pm and received my last call on this day @ 9:01pm. I finally answered on the 11th call with anger. I used more foul language than anything we were taught by teachers in school & got hung up on 4 seconds in. I guess they didn't like what I had to say! lol 6 mins later I answered call 12 & 10 mins later I answered call 13. They gave up after the 14th attempt, Thank Goodness!!!  I have no idea who this irritating person is but if I did, it wouldn't be pretty for them. haha

Calls on a daily basis, sometimes twice daily.

Just got a missed call on my cell from this #. Annoying because my husband is in the emergency room and I am waiting to hear from daughter in California.
I never take a call from an unknown number.

Keep calling and not saying anything, just hangs up.When I call back get a recording to push 1 to be removed from their "preferred marketing list". Somehow I have a feeling I'll be getting a lot more calls after doing that.
I have got that FBI call about the security systems before too. I was just a victim of credit card fraud with my card in my possession and have a crazy abusive ex and these companies are invading my privacy and jeopardizing my welfare by selling my information to every Tom, Dick and Harry whose running a telemarketing scam or any weirdo that wants it.
Will it ever end? Hell no! When I get these calls, on my cell phone of course, I save them as say FBI-Scam and assign it "no ring" that way when they DO call back I won't drop what I'm doin to answer it.

Like you I do not answer the phone on calls from OTO INC. In most cases those people who are valid callers will leave me a message.  I have received numerous calls this week from Global Reach Int.

Everytime I get a call that I don't recognize, I Google it and usually find something on this site. I don't know if there's a do not call registry for cell phones, but thankfully all cell phones have caller id these days. Makes it easier to ignore scammers.

They have the same message every time. Or don' leave nothing at all. It does not help to be on a federal or state do not call list. I been on one for a long time.

Just got a call from this #, they hung up before I could speak to them, guess they don't like Achmed, the Dead Terrorist, answering my cell phone lol

no message left last time, but once before wanting to sell something - this was on ans. machine, but not clear--------do not wish for them to call me at all/ period.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS. IF YOU'RE NOT ON THE LIST - PLACE YOURSELF ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY - IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF HEADACHES IN THE FUTURE.

GE home Security wants to give us free service if we let them place a small sign in our yard.  

I bet this is just a scam to get into the house and "case the joint".

I don't think GE has anything to do with this.  GE isn't known for freebies.
