OTO INC, is the caller ID I got, they just called me 2 minutes ago and I let it go to voicemail where i heard something about "the fbi reports there is a home break in every 15 seconds, if you allow us to place a small sign in your yard, we will install a new GE security system at no cost whatsoever,there is no cost to the system or installation whatsoever, to hear more press 1 now, to be placed on our block list press 2 now."

If you have verizon wireless I know you can block up to 5 numbers if you log on to your account online. If you don't have an account set up online it doesn't take much and doesn't cost anything to start it. I have never once picked up this number and now they won't even have a chance.

Just call their carrier (Digicom) at 310 358 7000. Give them the number they keep calling and they are happy to make a case file (takes 30 seconds) and remove you from list.

I keep getting a call from OTO Inc. and would like for them to stop calling. How can I stop them from calling. I get a call about twice a week.

I keep getting calls from OTO, Inc. as well. I don't pick up the call and they hang up when the answering machine comes on.

Just recd call from 213-710-8112, "The FBI has reported increase in crime" "We will install free home security system by Honeywell if you let us put a sign in your yard."  They called my work number, I don't know how they found it, I pushed 9 to delete me from their list, see if it works.

213-710-8112 comes through Digitcom, Inc., 12923 Venice Blvd., L.A., CA. Their number is 800-464-5446. They are a provider and have leased the number to Telephone Management Corp, in Portland, Oregon. Their number is 503-223-7747 or 866-708-0401. They have it leased to 1 to 1 Sales Group. Their number is 866-970-8665, but that number is always busy. Fred Accuardi is the president of TMC and his email is fred@telephonemanagement.net according to the company website. TMC has an "F" at the Oregon BBB for failing to respond to complaints.

Calles every 30 minutes despite being on do not call list, unlisted number and called them back to stop....then they used another number 402-982-0705.......see peolpe reporting the same activity by this OTO at that number.....illegal as hell.

I have called them back at least 2 dozen times and each time hit the "1" to be removed from their call list (as they promise).  It doesn't happen.  This is bordering on harrassment.  They call 3-4 times a week and this has been going on for 3 months or more

and complain.

Recently applied for a Lowe's Credit Card. Majically my phone has been BOMBARDED with calls from telemarketers.
Call the Lowe's Credit Card number on the back and get the number for their "opt out". Even still, it takes 30 days to opt out.

OTO INC. CALLS ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.  THEY USUALLY LET IT RING JUST 4 TIMES. I NEVER ANSWER CALLS FROM "CALLER UNKNOWN" OR ANYONE I DON'T KNOW AND I DON'T KNOW THESE PEOPLE.  

I HAVE PROBLEMS WALKING AND I DON'T APPRECIATE UNWANTED CALLS THAT REQUIRE ME TO MAKE MY WAY SLOWLY TO THE TELEPHONE FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE SELLING STUFF THAT I'M SURE I HAVE NO NEED OF.

I GUESS I NEED TO SIGN UP AGAIN ON THE "NO CALL" LIST AND HOPE IT FILTERS THEM OUT.

Same company same recorded pitch but CID shows as from 404 982 0705.  They hang up if I answer

They've called several times. My caller ID shows OTO INC. If you want to "attempt" to get them to stop you have to listen to the entire recording.... my recorded message at the end offered to be removed by pressing 9. They've called me from 213-710-8112 before, this time from 603-214-3645, trying to sell a "free" security system using "FBI statistics" of break-ins as their opening catch phrase. I also am on the DNC, but to an outfit like this, it doesn't seem to matter. I don't know where the $11,000 fines are. You can report them to the FCC online. I've done it to others, just don't know if the FCC does anything about it. Google Search "do not call violations" and you'll get a link to the FCC site where you can file a complaint... takes a little time, but simply complaining here won't help any of us. BE AS PERSISTENT AS THEY ARE!!!

Being on the DNC list only works temporarily. They will start calling again. The only thing to do really is just not answer. It's annoying but what else can we do?

report their number to the FCC. The FCC is a government organization who will actually fine this company (oto inc) and send YOU a check in the mail if the company harasses more people!
