Calls Repeatedly.  No one answers when I call back to see who it is.

these people are scumbags,
they don't care about how much they hassle you or the do not call list
nothing you do is going to stop them
get used to it
just use caller id and don't answer the phone if you don't know the number
all the whining and complaining on web sites like this is not going to solve anything

Yeah, right....like they're going to listen to ya!!  

They call random computer generated #'s.  IF you call them back...they know someone actually "owns" that #.  They then, sell these known #'s to telemarketers.

I have received phone calls from this number but they have never left a message and I never call back anyone that I do not know. I did a search of this number on a call tracer site but all it would tell me is that it was a wireless number located in Gardena, CA and their provider is  Digitcom Services, Inc. I went to  Digitcom Services, Inc. site and they do have a place where you can make a complaint against any of their phone numbers that have used their phone services to harass others.  I am so glad that I came across these posts about that number because I now know who these people are that have been calling me.  THANKS!

visit the FTC online and file a complaint.  Keep filing them until the FTC gets the idea that this is harrassment unsolicited.  Maybe they will do something about it like they are right now with the jerks that have taken consumers to the cleaners about their "vehicle warranty expiring" and they can offer extended warranty at a certain rate.  What they don't tell you is that you end up with limited coverage and tremendous out of pocket expenses for repairs even though you have paid through the nose to get the extended warranty.  Major scam artists and the FTC has finally gotten around to prosecuting them within the last month.  FTC may be slow but eventually they get them!

This is for all telemarketers!!!!!!  Call me and I don't answer.  If I don't know your phone number when it shows up on the caller ID you can call till your heart explodes.  I WON'T answer the phone.  Leave a message and it gets deleted faster than you can leave the message.  I do not talk to telemarketers.  I also file complaints with the FTC, Do not call registry, etc.  OTC has called my business line twice in the last week, they do not leave a message.  Keep calling suckers, we won't answer! My theory about telemarketers is that they can't be trusted, they are crooked as the day is long, I won't waste my breath on them and they should all be lined up, tattooed with the words "I am pond scum" (the lowest form of life on earth) and banished to the open seas without a paddle for life!

not call back.  If I'm on the Do Not Call List for Cell Phones, why am I
getting these calls?  This is a security installation firm in Gardena, CA.

OTO if you are reading this...drop dead...  Calling here using a different telephone number (402)982-0705) other than 213-710-8112 isn't going to work.  I don't answer calls from out of state with ID's I don't know!  I don't answer "out of area" calls, "unavailable" calls, I also do not answer toll free calls, etc.  I know what you are and I do have an answering machine.  If your call is so fricking important as to take the time to dial my number and let the phone ring, then it should be important enough to leave a message when prompted.  Or are you that ashamed of your job?!!!! That is what those systems are for.  Be an adult and speak up, tell us what you have, want etc.  Calling numbers that are on the National "do not call" list is violating a federal mandate and eventually you will be confronted by the Federal Trade Commission and your company will have charges filed against it for violations of federal laws. Trust me, I am one that has no problem filing complaints against trash like you!

I post as well as file complaints with FCC, DNC, FTC.  Lot of good it has done me.  I have filed 30 complaints in 3 months about the same jerks that keep calling me and guess what.  NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO STOP THEM FROM CALLING ME.  So much for the federal complaint system.  More appropriately those that should kill themselves are TELEMARKETERS.  They are the ones breaking the laws yet they have no fears because the organizations designed to put an end to violators aren't enforcing the laws.  Local enforcement won't touch it, phone company's won't help you stop them.  So there needs to be some way to vent our anger.  Let those of us that post do so as it does provide some relief from the frustration of dealing with mental idiots titled TELEMARKETER.  I hope others read your post as it does provide them with means to file complaints.  if more people filed complaints maybe, just maybe, the feds will sit up and take notice that proper and immediate action needs to be taken to put an end to the insanity of TELEMARKETERS.  Then we would have no need to post and you wouldn't have a need to find posting irritating.

Never go to their "delete from their calling list!" It only confirms to them that you are YOU and that is your working number (which they can then sell to another stupid scam company.
