Hey, "deal". you can't spell, so this gives you away as an employee with Ranger Fin.

we are a family run company who recently had ranger call to offer service. when told no they not only became rude, they called 50-100 buiness's across the country and left messages to return calls to my buisness. before the phone calls started we found out that there was a death in the family. ranger called to make remarks about how we were likeing the phone calls. we told them about the death and asked to please stop. that did not happen. these people are scum, and i truely beleive will suffer gods rath. current phone # for ranger is 214-206-8060. 1651 collins blv  richardson,tx. i hope that these people are very happy with themselves for their behavior toward a greaving famliy

and what excuse do you offer for my remarks on what your employees did, since i am neiter a disgruntle ex-employee, competing collection agency or some one who your were trying to get a debt from. i am a buisness owner who recieved an unwanted phone call for offered services. you people are truley SCUM. thank you so much for making the day my grand fater died even worse.

This Co is a total insult to the collection business. This Co called a customer of ours after we told them not to and totaly screwed up a good relationship. Then after that claimed that we owed them money. They proceded to block our phones, send e-mail virus,and tried to strong arm us into paying them. They have disrupted our Co and we are filling a claim with the Attorney General.

Never do business with these people. If they actually even attempt to collect your debts, they don't do the job.

They claim they can collect your debt in 7 days, and that if they don't collect anything and determine the account uncollectible, they won't charge you anything. They seem all gracious about this when they're selling you their services, but when it comes time to release an account they actually try to make YOU feel bad for giving them "crap" accounts. (They actually used that term, yes)

They don't return calls, they use phoney names and bad business practices. Stay well clear of this company!

these people are constantly calling wanting to collec for my co.  Do not want to hear from them again.

the phone # gave  it away. 214-666-2060 is another trunk line for Ranger Financial. Ranger Financial is a scam and the company and Mark Wolf or whatever his real name is needs to be prosecuted. Their practices are borderline illegal.

I am still trying to collect a payment from Ranger where they collected a partial debt but failed to send me the check. Ranger claims the check was written by two sources at Ranger and then all of a sudden I am told that the check I should have received was for another company. Ranger collected the debt and failed to pass on the funds to our company the "client". Isn't that stealing ...

I deal with John at Ranger, and I agree these guys are very agressive, but i gave them a shot at collectiing one of my accounts that i figured was a lost cause. Two days later, the POS that owed me the $14,000 paid the collector after I had been trying to collect it for almost a year. Just got my check the other day and cashed it. Wow, i was amazed to say the least. Yes Ranger is agressive, but none the less, effective. You have to think, in this day and age, with everyone out there trying to rip people off, dont you want to send a shark to collect from a snake? I dont want some limp wristed collection agency trying to collect my bad accounts. I wont hesitate to use them again either. Thanks John, and thanks Ranger.

Ranger telemarketers have continuously harassed me and my company, despite numerous times of asking to be removed from their call list. Last time, the man was insulting and said, "I'll remove your name after you let me quote you a price." As if I would do business with them now! When I threatened to report them, he said, "Who are you going to call, the phone police?" Then I heard a click and an agent said, "If you don't get her number man, you're a [***]." This company needs to be shut down now.

I was cold called today by Ranger Financial as a potential customer.  They were looking to get a hand on the few late accounts I have.  Not many for teh record..but I took the call after the caller was rude to my assistant when she asked what the call was in reference to..  He said to her.. "stop asking so many questions and let me talk to him..".
I told him not to ever call us again and he said he'd call me everyday of my life if he wanted to,  Sure enough after I hung up on him he called back and under another name representing RFS.
I put call on mute and let him waste his time calling my name.

Then I called the sales manager and he tried to turn my complaint back into a sales call... I hung up again.  
Total losers..'
If this is how they solicit customers.. then I would assume they are just plain rotten people without any moral fibre.  Pretty messed up way to make a living.. being an a hole.

well, the're back.rude and vulgar as ever.  used rfs- even i could identify.  This guy makes 8000.00/ mth!  told him how proud for him that i am.  really wanted to give him some business but us old southern boys usually just get in the pick-up (rifle rack full) and just go shoot those slow pay b******s.  Gonna be a write- off any way may as well have some fun.  usually dont kill'em just wing em.  probably not as successful as RFS but seems to work purty dern good.

the is a legit reason that they do not collect.  they spend all their time and calls harassing business owners with solicitation.
