I agree and have filed a complaint myself with the Washington State Attorney Genrals office and will do whatever I can to stop people like this- This is a form of harrasment and should NOT be tollerated- I will keep posting often to help you all resolve there aggresive and bullish tactics- My wife is now 11 weeks pregnant and we dont need for her to be stressed about something that doesnt concern us especially since we lost our 1st one at 11 weeks last winter. These people are terroristic........and need to be stopped

these guys are rude.  They called my business and start asking lots of questions without introducing themselves.  I gave them no information.

I HAVE RECIEVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM ANDERSON,CRENSH AND LIKE OTHER PEOPLE I DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE.I HAVE NO DEBT I TOLD THEM IF THEY CALL AGAIN I WOULD REPORT THEM.SO FAR I HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM.BUT ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME..

Just call them back.  The calls will persist if you don't call back.  Don't be afraid.  They could possibly help you.

IGNORE HAPPYGOLUCKY - like Nikki in previous posts they are collection agents trying to appear they are legitimate while they break laws..   TX AG already has a case pending against their ILLEGAL DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES!

ATTORNEY GENERAL ABBOTT TAKES ACTION AGAINST DEBT COLLECTION FIRM FOR HARASSING TEXAS CONSUMERS

Dallas-based firm cited for mailing deceptive letters claiming legal action against debtors  

DALLAS – Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott today charged a Dallas-based debt collection firm with using deceptive practices to collect payments from Texas consumers. The attorney general’s enforcement action asked the court to permanently enjoin Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates, L.L.C. from harassing Texas debtors with deceptive letters and unlawful telephone calls.

Since 2006, the Office of the Attorney General has received more than 75 complaints alleging misconduct by Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates in Texas and around the country. The Better Business Bureau has received 72 complaints against the firm.

CAUTION: I recommend you NEVER disclose your bank account or credit card information to a debt collector, as you risk them emptying your account, or maxing out your credit card. If you feel they are reporting on your credit bureau files in error or need assistance in dealing with them, email  the details w/your location.  Assistance and referral to a consumer legal specialist may be available.

I received a call from (214) 261-9281 and did not get to it in time to answer. I called the number back and the rude customer service rep wanted me to give him all of my information such as first and last name, phone number, etc. I refused to give him this information since THEY CALLED ME in the first place. He then told me since I cannot give him my information he could not help me.
This to me is strange and I do not trust this. I know for a fact I have NOTHING in collections so he has they have no reason to be calling me.

I have been getting calls from this number for months now.  Since they call my cell phone, I just had the number blocked.  Do all of you know that your old debts can get sold to 3rd party debt collectors who buy your debts for pennies on the dollar and any money they collect they keep?  ALso, these are the ruthless collectors that will tell you anything they need to tell you to get you to pay up.  They will tell you there is a warrant out for your arrest, you are going to have felony charges brought against you, etc etc.  I highly reccomend to all of you not to give them a penny unless you have verified that it is a legit debt collection with a legit company!  Also, keep in mind that the people making these calls are just punk ass telemarketer kids and no one of any real authority.

Very unprofessional firm.......Very rude and when I told them they have the wrong phone number, they insist that I am wrong and they are right...I will use a lawyer to sue them for this issue....This is pure ARRASSMENT.......

Nikki......I think you should stop protecting a company that is clearly UNPROFESSIONAL and ARRASS PEOPLE AROUND....I hope the class action lawsuit against you would give some relief to the people that you arrass daily

Jared you are a joke.  I work for a law firm and we are presently gearing up to file 10 Fair Debt an Collection Acts against your firm.  You need to teach your employees the correct and LEGAL way to collect on a debt.  Hope you firm enjoys paying out $1000's of dollars to our firm...... We will be enjoying!!

I received a call today on my work cell phone from this number. The called claimed that I owed an alarm company $1,400. Caller was somewhat rude and threatened to damage my credit if I did not make payment immediately. He said that a demand to pay was sent to a rental property address that I owned. Why would I set up a legal contract and not provide my correct mailing address? I am filing a complaint with the FTC and putting a fraud alert on my credit reports.

This witch keeps calling me for a debt that I don't owe and still REFUSES to send me anything in the mail confiring this so called debt.

So I'm fighting back.

It's become a game. She calls and attempts to insult me by calling me names and then I ask her what she's wearing then she hets all flustered and yells that I can't talk to her like that. That's when I remind her that she called me and then she hangs up frustrated.

I got a phone call today and my husband hung up on them the first time.  I answered and spoke with them for about 20 min.  I asked for names, phone numbers, address, acct number, itemized list for the amount owed, and so on.  They dodged every question.  I just asked over and over and eventually they hung up on me.  So I called them back, this happened 4 or 5 times.  I finally got my information and told them that I would be calling the cops.  I didnt even think about the AG (but going to contact).  I went to the cops and I was informed that they can be issued a ticket.  Its a class c misdemeador, so a ticket, but its a ticket.  I just changed my phone number.  Oh and after I called them back over and over I didnt get a call back at all, but it was only 5 hours until the new phone number.

I received a phone call from this number and they said they were an attorney office. Crystal said she was
calling to collect a debt and I told her that were  disabled and my husband was laid off . She insulted my
intelligence and told us that we didn't pay any of our bills and said it many times . then she asked if she
stutter and I said  what are you talking about . Insults and insults . needless to said they are representing
for platinum plus security systems.  my health is not good and  if felt like going to the hospital because
of the oppession of this company. it is a collection agency and not a lawyers firm. just hang up if you
receive a call from

I have received several harrasing calls from this collection agency. I've told them many times that the debt they are trying to collect is illegitimate and I've asked them to stop calling me. I will file a complaint against, but first I wanted to leave a written record of the bad treatment that these people give their customers. Companies like this one need to be shut down!

I get these calls ALL day, every day, and they either leave vague messages or if I answer, they are rude.  I do not owe any debts, I don't have a clue what they are talking about, yet the harassment continues.  I don't even live in Texas, who ARE these people?  "Nikki", you can kiss it because there is no "spirit of cooperation" with you people and I refuse to pay you three grand for a security system I never owned.  I have a very large dog & a gun, that's all the security I need, and it's paid for IN FULL!!

I got a call from this number (12142619281) and hris Lord left VM with name and callback number 866 400 3550 x2219. Its weird to demand someone to callback without even telling who you are or why you called. Anyhow i looked up the incoming number and saw this site. I add my number to the do-not-call-list. and will either ignore or mute their calls. thanks y'all for saving me the tension.

They called me in the sometime ago about a $85 debt that i had paid off a year ago and insisted that i make the payment with them or my credit score will fell drastically. now they called me again and i searched for the incoming number,,, they are scammers.

I've gotten these calls regarding debt that was not mine and debt that was my daughter's. I simply enter their numbers in my caller ID as "DO NOT ANSWER" so I know not to answer the call. I can guarantee you am more persistent than they.
