Called looking for someone I knew.  Wouldn't tell me anything or leave a message just kept saying it was personal.  I replied, "Then there is nothing for me to pass on." click and block number...............

They left a message on my parents' voicemail (I haven't lived there in 3 years) saying that they were calling to collect a debt. The woman gave her name as "Mrs. Peel" from RS Clark and Assoc.

Keep calling my phone asking for a person to call them back that is not me.

I would also like to know how to file a harassment lawsuit.  They call me continuously at work and I cannot accept personal calls at work.

Fast talker. Let me know the medical provider sent me 2 letters in 15 months since date of service and had turned me over to them for collection. I told them that I would be calling the medical provider to let them know their customer service sucks. She told me I had already been turned over to these guys. I said, well then they had my address She could now send me 2 more letter over the next 15 months.

Actually they only need to send one and this is what it must state:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

At which point you need to do this:

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

I got a call from them and they said I had some kind of business with them. I haven't been anywhere in the Dallas area in years and when I was I was under 18. I don't know why these people called me. I'm not even old enough to have debt.

I'm not aware of owing anyone any $$$, but get calls.

Guys, look up 'Cease and Desist' letter online and send them one.

These [***] are calling me about a debt that my daughter had 4 years ago. They wanted me to pay!  My daughter is an adult, age 35!  Glad I have call blocking..

They called they ask is this so and so and then they said is your last for your social blah blah blah blah I could barely hear him I don't know what they were for they were telling me the attorney's so anyway if you know anymore let me know that's all I know

Get this there's some kind of collection agency I Googled the name and guess what I found they've got a Facebook page they seem to do Shady crap Facebook seriously

2 to 5 times a day and asking for. Same name. Gets irritated when I say wrong number. Annoying caller.

R.S Clark 214 503 1482 Has called me every day for the past 4 weeks. told them not to call me anymore trying to collect for Dr Bill I have insurance call them.  But they have called me from 10 different numbers. Fixing to file harassment charges on them. They have called up to 4 times a day. this people scum bags.  Leaving nasty voice mails.

This mumber is calling bery late in the evenings. There is no respect for age, physical cobdition,status and many circumstances  a human being is exposed to.
There is no respect about time and my private life is invaded and i feel abused, intimidated by these calls LATE AT NIGHT.
