did hear the call,called them back to get message saying its disconnected.but i call vm and screach noise.are [***] goverment needs to do something.

Was called by this number-214-932-1519.  I answered, but no reply from the caller.

Must be the same scammers who call every day with different area codes & phone numbers re: credit card services "to lower your credit card interest rate."  These people never seem to relinquish their calls, no matter how many times you either hang up on them or try to block them; even putting them on local phone company's lists for not to call.or telling them you have no credit cards.

Please everyone, keep in mind that when you call back a number, it could be a long distance number or auto charge number that will put a huge price on your next phone bill.  If you don't know the number, then don't answer.  If it is important enough, they will leave a message.  It's the holidays and there are a lot of creeps out there.  Protect yourself and protect your kids.  :)  Merry Christmas and Happy New year.  Oh and also have a great Thanksgiving.

The Hispanic male who knew my name, told me the same shmeel that there was a $700 credit waiting for me.  I told him the previous caller (225)202-2951 "Out Of Area", a few days ago said the same thing & was calling from a Disconnected #, & that I knew it too was a scam. I asked him to stop calling....he calls back AGAIN from an obvious invalid # (214)041-3371 "Name Not Found". There NEVER will be a Prefix that begins with 0 or 1.  I just hungup at that point.

This number is calling my home number and husband's cell phone......If we don't recognize the number we don't answer and have the answering machine and/or voice mail pick up.  I check the number is coming from Dallas TX area.

Actually just the opposite, it's a natural gas & oil company with way too much personal information (probably thanks to the invasive Bush patriot act).  Very worrisome stuff.

I just got this call before.  They say they're a natural gas and oil company from Texas with just two questions.  They asked if I still live in NJ (um, yes you called this number) and then asked if my personal income still exceeded a certain amount.  When I asked where they got that information she just said "it's in our records".  When I asked the source of those records she paused and then hung up.

I don't usually answer except when I'm in an already annoyed mood.  I figure maybe I can string them along for a little bit.

Same MO. - Unknown # - which I never answer ! Leaves no message - go figure ! CID say's TEXAS. Has called before using different #'s. Receiving many of these calls daily. Giving my answer machine a workout !!! Such a waste of time !!!

Just got a call from this number saying it was from Dallas,TX. I didn't answer and no message left. Been getting calls from other numbers this last week as well. Been blocking the numbers when they show up. Stop calling me!!

Let the machine answer - no message left - first time call from this number.  Earlier today had a call from 702-675-9656  and the caller ID said Las Vegas, NV - no message.

Several calls from this number, no one is ever there.  STOP

I've received eight calls from this number over the past several days.  As soon as the caller gets my voice mail he/she hangs up.  I tried calling back and I got a recording saying that the party I called isn't accepting calls at this time.

Caller ID shows Dallas. No message left. Immediately afterwards, another call came in showing "Aldridge, A" as caller ID. That # 912-285-7485 also did not leave a message & has MANY reports against it.

This is the message that was left on my phone voice mail.  Seriously.  Do they think people are that stupid.

"The reason behind this call is to let you know that we have received some legal petition complaint(?) against your name concerning an illegal tax evasion attacks-tax-floor(?). So we are about to issue a warrant for your arrest. We're about to take this matter does reschedule(?) claim court house before we go ahead and do that. If you need any relevant information concerning this case. You can call us back whenever callback number and you can talk to her legal representative. The number to reach us is area code 571-281-8702. I repeat 571-281-8702. Again this is officer James Henderson from the internal revenue services. You have a good day. Thank you."

Just received a call from this number but we didn't answer.  Caller ID said "TEXAS".  After reading all the entries before mine - it's mind boggling.  Are these idiots the IRS, a natural gas company, a locksmith.....I mean really?  Thank you everyone for posting because they are apparently major scammers who should be stopped.

They just called regarding my upcoming business move.  I asked where she was calling from & she said GCB & I asked how she knew my company was moving (it isn't BTW) and she said from a survey.  Asked for her home office phone # & she hung up.
