have received calls from this number but no one on the line. Called number back claimed number had been changed or not in service

I got the same thing. Except for he told me I had a beautiful voice  got the same thing. Except for he told me I had a beautiful boys are and then hung up. I called right back and it said the number was not in service

I got a call from this number 215-364-8256. A guy(no balls), call me a [***], then quick hang up. I called back, the line is no service.

I got a call from the same #, clearly a personal # and the guy said that he seen I had been taking blood thinners...not the case! I advice to stop calling and spatted off the tcpa....I keep getting calls but when I answer it hangs up!

Got a call from this number at 9:15 p.m. I thought phone solicitors weren't allowed to call after 9... The number wasn't familiar so i didn't answer.  So tired of [***] calls.  What's the sense in being on the DNC list of everyone calls u anyway?

Only honest company's use the DNC. Did you want to add them also to the calls your already getting?  Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

This number called me and said they were from State Farm and I kept saying I can't understand them. Can I help them? Then he hung up.

Just called - but thanks to all these lovely notes, I blocked the caller.

I was advised by my bank not to call these numbers back. We were hacked through our phone. When you answer or call back, its like they put a trojan on your phone and can access all the info from your smart phone/ and name and address info on land lines. I had called back two different numbers that were similar to this and both times my bank account had been compromised. Once they were charging iTunes fees, $150 worth, from Mexico. Second time they were charging prepaid phone cards, $100 worth, from Guatemala. Received a call from this number today. Didn't leave a voice mail, and I didn't bother calling it back. Lessoned learned!

Three calls from this number today alone.  I am on the do not call list. Do not want to receive anymore of these calls.

These people keep calling and sexually harassing me. I do not want them calling me anymore.

Wow! Lots of info.  Thank you!  I do have call blocking on my cell phone but it's aggravating.  I use my phone for business and i don't like to ignore calls.  Also my phone only holds 100 blocked numbers and it's getting full.  Thanks for your help,  you've obviously done your homework.  :)
