I have been getting hang up calls from this number for the past two weeks. There is never anyone there. Caller ID says: Donor Care Center, 216-453-1574. I am glad to see that it is not just me that is getting these calls.

Did not recognize number on caller ID.  Caller hung up after 3 rings.

I just got my second caall from this number, andI am also on the Do Not Call List, but my understanding is that non profits,  charitable organizations, and certail political organizations are exempt from those rules. As one of the other posters here noted, perhaps they are skirting the regulations by using this loophole. In any event, one can always use the free *60 feature , which wil block the number of the last incoming call from calling you again. That will work as long as they dont just call you from using another nuber that they have access too.

Despite our being on the Do Not Call list and having several rather demanding requests on our part to the callers to remove us from their list, this number calls us every few weeks day and night; as early as 9 AM and late as 9 PM.  I've filed a complaint on donotcall.gov, but I'm sure it won't stop.

Calling ever day recently. Returned call and was connected to "Donor Call Center" ... "on behalf of the Americal Cancer Society". After being told that they'd call again, I waited a few seconds and was offered the option of being put on their do-not-call list. They said it would take up to 30 days for that to take effect.

I didn't register a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry, as charities are exempted.

Contrary to what what said in an earlier comment, it is your phone number that must have been registered for 31 days to make a complaint, not that of the caller.

Calls EVERY DAY...more than once.  I never answer and refuse to do so.  I will NOT answer calls that have their ID blocked.  What the heck does Ohio number mean...???????

They have called twice this week. Once I told them I was not interested in sending out their solicitation they hung up. I registered a compaint with the Do Not Call Registry so we will see if the calls stop.

They have been calling for a week or more I finally answer twice and no reply from the other end. i also have receive other call and it comes up on my caller ID as  O blocked call and they seem to call after the Ohio call comes through

They have been calling everyday I see name on caller ID-when I ans..They hang up - very annoying !

First off , glad I found this site...GREAT
Twice a day for 2 weeks straight...one call was at 7:30 am, atleast they could leave a message...same as everyone else, asked not to call told 30 days, blah blah...what is the point of the DO not call, if they still call...as for the charities being exempt...what BS..sorry if I want to donate I do, calling me just annoys me

Maybe a "right to life" org in disguise, or just a "boiler room" collecting $ from the unsuspecting.

they called today and said that my husband has signed up to stuff envelopes.i told them i had no idea and to please call back.  sounded like a phone bank in the background.   called the number back and gtot a machine that said they were who they said then were, but gave me the option of hitting #1 to get no more calls.

i don't trust'em.

I have been receiving calls daily as well. I do not answer since I have caller ID.  The last call I received tonight was at 7:19pm. I am also on the do not call registry and this is annoying. I wish they would stop...
