The group using this phone number 216 453 1574 somehow has connections to patients information. When I inquired how they obtained my number I discovered that someone is looking into patient files and calling people who may be vulnerable.  If anyone has been able to file a report against them please post information.  Thanks

call 2 x a day, morning and night .  no message.  today i thought i would get a message but all i heard were a lot of people talking in the background.  comes up on caller id as donor care center.

The caller said they were calling for American Cancer Society and wanted to send me a packet of materials to solicit contributions from neighbors and friends through the mail (just like the American Heart Association does)

Over the past week I kept seeing the number appear on caller ID.  When I did answer the phone the caller did the usual " reading " the lines. I thought I heard they were the ACS but I am not sure. I declined then felt guilty and called back but no answer.

this number calls every day....would love to shove my phone up their ass.

These jerks have been calling my home number twice a day for the past two weeks or so. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize on my caller ID, so I don't pick up. Very annoying and I will file a complaint to the proper commission.

Very annoying, they been calling us twice a day for the past two weeks as well.  We will file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

When you don't pick up...you get called back because they are trying to reach you!!  just answer and ask not to be called and the calls will stop. They are a buisness, and do not want to spend money to call you if you don't want to be called.

my calls are coming from 914-513-2859,  which is another number that DONOR CARE CENTER uses.   they are very belligerent people and never give up.   I now have  CALLER ID and will not be answering any calls with a name or number I have never heard of.    hopefully that will get rid of them.

We are  being harrassed by these people and I want it to stop.  they are calling 3-4 times a day at all different times of morning, afternoon & eveing.  We are on "do not call list".  I will contact the Attorney General's office if they don't stop calling.

The problem is if they register as a charititble org then they are exempt from the do not call registry and can call any time within the limits. so I guess you have to prove they are not affiliated with a charitible org/

I have had this problem too from a different phone no. clearly that is immaterial. After some considerable other searching today, I have found it I think, and written up the results as a web page on my personal site, www.ttrresearch.com/pfr/donorcare.htm, includes phones and emails from the originator.

Yes, I get those calls everyday, pick up the phone and no one is there.  My husband did talk to someone and he also agreed to stuff envelopes and never heard from anyone.  They are annoying.

They keep calling.  When I answered last night, someone was speaking a foreign language.  They called today and asked for my ex-husband.  We've been divorced since 1994.  I've lived in 4 houses in 3 states since we divorced, and he died over 2 years ago.  How the heck do they track people through all that??
