I tried to call Debby 3 times but always got a goggle voicemail, Debby was "too busy" to pick up the phone or call me, she also wanted the payment & deposit transfered through Western Union to someone else in Texas. I have a feeling this is a scam as well and will not be pursing the rental. I will also notify the authorities.

Page one, in BIG black letters, lists all the things NOT to use Western Union for. And that is everything, everything, except money to family & friends (real ones). NO real business would use it, only the scammers do because it is CASH. Anytime someone suggests that as a method of payment, it is a scam. 100% every time.

She sent me a rental agreement which looks pretty real, it had edwardo-suite on the cover also, but at $50 a day I knew it as a scam so I played along with her just to see how far she would go with it. 2nd red flag- I asked Debby to meet my friend who lives over there so she could look at it for me and she wouldn't do this
3rd red flag- only wanted western union or bank $ transfer
4th red flag- any date that I asked for was available regardless of this being the busiest month in Hawaii
5th red flag- seeing the pics and living in Hawaii in the past knowing that if it looks too good to be true - it's GOT to be a scam!!
Finally- my daughter warning me to realize that this has got to be a scam and unfortunately - people really do this
