I'm in southern California and have received multiple calls on my cell from 223-987-5200, but a message was not left until this morning (with a valid phone #).  It is Applied Bank and they apparently have sent their collections offshore.  I don't have an account with them (never heard of them) but they have recently attached my phone number to someone else's account.  I  talked with a woman and I don't think she believed that the number was incorrect, so I expect more calls in the future.

I today got a call from 223 987 5200. What the heck is this # all about?

Called twice today, left minute long message, it is MRS Associates, a debt collector.

thats [***] weird that same  numba called my phone askin for my grandmotha on my cell phone n im like um how the hell n why the hell are you callin my cell phone? does nebudy know who this is cuz they keep callin me too

i keep receiving calls from 223-987-5200 on my cell phone and receive no voicemail as well as a 703-547-6545 im not sure who it is but VERY annoying!!!

I keep getting calls from this same 223 number, I just never frikn answer it, maybe they'll stop calling.

I have been getting calls from  this # every 5 or 10 minutes.  they have even been calling the operator at my job and having her transfer to me.  Per the caller id, is a International phone #.  I also reside in Florida

223-987-5200 Hello, Hello, Then a man with an African voice comes on the phone asking for Stephanie.  I've told this man numerious times to stop calling, No Stephanie at this Number!!!! STOP Calling MY NUMBER.  I to get an error when I call the number back.  We live in Oregon, and have told this man to stop calling.  He calls four plus times a day, everyday for the past month!  I asked the man who he was with and he said a name of a bank and hung up.

Called without leaving voice mail. Found out they were collecting for Applied Card Bank

I have received 4-5 calls from 223-987-5001 in the past two days - I live in Canada, so I would not guess geography is related to the calls. I do not answer them since I do not recognize the number. I became suspicious about the calls and googled the phone number. From my google search I see many many complaints about the same number.

I rcvd a call fr this number for the first time today.  Applied bank is one bank I do not have a card with, nor have I ever heard of them.  I don't know why these collection agencies are allowed to call cell phones.  I think that sucks, not to mention half the calls I get don't pertain to me.

Lately I've been receiving at least 3 calls a day from # 223-987-5200. I see that some of you said it could be applied bank but I have an account with them and they have never used that # to call.. Its always a toll free type #. Plus the # they're calling isn't the # I gave them. I'm afraid to pick up or call back knowing all the technology that's out there and what can be done with a simple phone call.... I've known people who can have computers call anyone using anyones # and have a computer generized human voice say anything on the other line... Please be careful and educate yourselves on the crazy stuff that's out there. Technology is supposed to better our lives... Instead people out there are using it to ruin lves.

I have been getting calls from this number for about 3 days now.  They call at least 2 times a day. No message is left and the caller ID says unknown. There is no listing for this area code in this country.

I also received this call 223-987-5200 several times a day and night.  They never leave a message.

It is Applied card bank.  If you get behind on your bill they send it to an overseas collection agenccy.
