been calling twice a day from 223-987-5200..i think i answered once & it was a foreign accent i live in arkansas & i havn't answered it since..kinda scary here...hope it ends for everyone soon needs to be investigated

It IS Applied Bank!! Not sure where they are calling from, but they are trying to collect a debt. Trust me~~I KNOW DEBT!

Just got a call this morning, didn't recognize it so didn't answer.  The left a blank voicemail.  When I saw the number I assumed it was Applied Bank, since that is where 90% of my incoming calls are from.  Only usually it is 1-800-684-8429 and says "Card Services".  Maybe this is a collection agency for them, but when they call from the 800 number it is always somebody from India with a thick accent and I can't understand them so I refuse to talk to them and have told them I want to speak with an American.  Annoying me won't make me pay them any quicker.  I'll just change my number and put them on the bottom of my list for payments.

09/08/08 - Called while I was at work today at 4:19 p.m.  I answered, but they wouldn't speak!  No one should be calling me on this phone - it is for emergencies only.

this number appears on my phone often. you can't call it back and their isn't a state associated with the number when it shows up on my phone. it is rather annoying.

jsut received an call to my cell phone. they did not leave a message. i do not answer numbers i don't know. called back it was a international number. received strange call to my job ext. and the person said they have the wrong number. beleive it is a debt collector. can't get what i don't have.LOL

I received several calls from this number on my home phone.  The only messages left were regarding a loan application.  I was instructed to hit 0 to confirm my loan and it would be sent directly to my bank.  Number 1, I haven't applied for a loan and #2 they don't have my bank information.  Today I started getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  That number was only given to my family members.

Keep getting calls from 223-987-5001 and 5200...not in debt...and I'm getting pissed.

I just got a call from 223-987-5200 at 9:28 a.m. today, 9-15-08. I am sure this is a debt collector, but they left no message and the number cannot be redialed. So I am not bothered by these calls to my cell phone because once I receive one, I save it under a name such as "nobody" and turn the ringtone to silent. Just a thought for those of you getting 3 and 4 calls a day. It doesn't stop them, but it helps with the annoyance. Who is Applied Bank with? What cards would they be covering?

It can be about debt. I'm only 15 and I've gotten the call.

Just rec'd call from that number, it is collection call.  It was before 8 am, so I will file complaint with attorney generals office; I'm in Nevada.
It it is Applied Card Bank, I don't know why they're calling me, I have no debt with them.

Was getting calls for about a week, 8 30 am and about 3 to 7 pm est US. keep asking for Rebecca keep telling them no one here by that name. stoped answereing and they stopped, back at it a gain today. started in August now Sept. Very annoying. now calling Unavailable instead of having caller ID 223-987-5200

I get calls from this number (2239875200) only on Mondays not through out the week. Twice I picked up and they hang up and once nobody said anything. After that I just stop answering for that number.

I just got a call from that same number as well. Alothough it left a message for me. I couldn't quite understand it, except it was saying something about a 1-800#...also saying something about calling them back, about a decision they will make on my behalf and wanting to talk to me. Can you say [***] Creepy!!?!

I get calls from 223-987-5200 every week, some early in the morning and some as late as 10 pm. They do not leave a message and I don't pick up their calls, but they are persistent!

I've gotten the same call from this number for about three days at various times.  The caller is either British or Australian and says that he has to make an important decision concerning me and that I need to call him back as son as possible.  He leaves 1-800-335-0872 as a call back number.  The part where he leaves his name/asks for someone is deliberately muffled and most of the message has static.  I called the number and got MRS Associates.  They've called before saying that they're debt collectors.  I have no debt, have never been in debt, and am certain that either they've reached the number in error or that they're running some sort of scam.  

My advice is that unless you're in debt, ignore them.
