calls all the time and never leaves a message - certain it is a spoofed number

Got a call from them twice... yesterday and today at noon didn't answer but annoying.

Received call from this number 6 days ago, yesterday, and a minute ago prior to posting this message.

Received a call from this # on my cell phone - from IL - didn't answer - no message left - agree it's a telemarketer and I'm blocking the number now.

Called same time 2 days in a row.  Never answered.

This number has called me three times now. Wish it would stop. Don't answer if they call you. It's spam.

Lady leaving a message regarding another lady name, and is even giving an 866  number to call, telephone number identifies caller in Illinois area. Looks like scammer.

Recieved another call from (224) 202-7359 today...I thought being on the California "DO NOT CALL" Registry would keep me from receiving calls from unwanted "SCAMMERS" and "TELEMARKETERS"!! I will be reporting this number to the FTC as an illegal debt collection scheme. I got a call saying that I was eligible for student loan repayment forgiveness. They told me to leave my name, contact information, and loan amount. If they already had my name, number, and knew that "I am eligible" than I shouldn't have to provide this information. No legitimate company would do this. I'm adding number to my contact list under "scam"

This number from Illinois has called multiple times randomly. Never leaves a message.

Telemarketer robot call for student loan debt relief. I don't have a student loan. Tried to talk to a human (to complain), but they just want you to leave your number on voicemail. Tried to call back - non working number.

I just received a call from this unfamiliar number.  No voicemail left .  I shall block it.

They have called twice in 2 days, but I don't answer if I don't know the #. This time they left a message advertising that government legislation makes me eligible for student loan relief or some such. Scammers

Second day in a row.  Did not answer and the caller left no voice mail.  Apparently the federal  DO NOT CALL list does not seem to be working for some spammers.

Recorded message prompting me to press one to be connected to a operator to lower my student debt. I have no student debt. Scam!
