How'd you start your lawsuit?

Love your response to them. I got the same call about a mortgage and blah blah.

Well first you find out who they are and where they are located.  Then you go out and hire and attorney to file the suit.

This is ridiculous. I haven't gotten a single bogus call for about two weeks. Now they've started up again with a vengeance. The people running these scams need to go to prison. For a long time.

Our answering machine received the call.  No message was left. Their second call.  Using a 803CID phone call blocker to block them now.

239-243-9337 called today at about 2:20pm.  I do not answer to phone numbers that I do not recognize.  No message left.  Number blocked.  Thanks to everyone letting others know about all of these annoying calls.  I always check this web site for comments on phone calls that I do not recognize.  Good information.

Got called last night.  Ignored call since it was out of state, and I have no one living in the Ft. Myers area.  No message left.

I wonder who is more stupid; the workers in these scamming call centers, or the managers who try to come up with the scams to steal your money or personal information?  I can pretty much guarantee which of those gets paid the most. I've already blocked all calls from area code 239, but I saw they called twice today.  Call all you like scammers. Blocked is blocked. You can't change that.  And with every call your robo dialer makes, you are even more pathetic than you were the last time you called.  LMAO at call centers!

Call from this number but no message was left.  Call was not answered.  Never answer calls without names or from names I don't recognize.
