He called while I was at my husband's funeral,saw number on caller ID so checked this website THANK YOU

Received call with robo-message about credit card.  Caller ID displayed 239.482.3803.  This is the 3rd or 4th call over the past month or so.  Will report to my phone carrier (AT&T).  Do carriers help shut these scammers down or just keep enabling them?

This company has called a number of times representing stating "this is their last call" and they "have made numerous attempts to get in touch with me" wanting to discuss my credit balance, etc. She called herself "Client Services".

When I asked their company name, she hangs up.  I can not seem to stop these illegal and unwarranted calls.

The recording begins by saying they have an important message regarding my credit card.  That's as far as I listened.

Found the details on my caller ID, but never had contact with the caller.  I checked with Google, and was directed to this site.  Looks like I won't be calling THIS guy back anytime soon!

I did email the Lee County FL sheriff department about this, listed this site and another as a reference. The scammers seem to own a series of "3800" numbers from Embarq (FL landline).

I was curious as to who and how a scammer might work, so I hit the #1 as instructed, and a man said "client services"

When I asked which company the man was calling from, he hung up.

Came through on Call Waiting as unknown name with the above number. I didn't pick up

I receiving many calls, a few calls per day. A few times I pressed 1 and was connected to a customer representative. I asked to erase my name from their database, and she/he just hung up on me. They bothering people and not even trying to be polite. I called the Local Sheriff office at 239-477-1341, - I was adviced to block 239-482-3803 number with my phone company, or unplug my phone after 9 pm. So, that is all what possible to do about this scam...

they say they are calling to lower credit card int. rates and this will be the last time they call, but they call me every week 1-4 times!!  when i tell them i want removal from their call list they just hang up on me.

I just called the Lee County sheriff's office after having received a phone call from this number.  After speaking with 3 girls at the LC SO who didn't know anything about this and CLEARLY couldn't have cared less and weren't even interested in OBTAINING the phone number in question, I suggested they take the number and GOOGLE it themselves, then see if they might be able to do something.  I have little to 0 confidence they'll do anything as my call to them was clearly a "bother" and interrupted all the giggling & laughter that was going on in the background when I first called them.  And guess who's paying their salaries???

I just got this call here in NJ. No message left on my machine. Didn't bother to call back after checking this website.

Get these calls on answering machine all the time.  Several times, when actually answered, I've pressed "2" to try and make them stop calling.  Today, I pressed "1" to reach a warm body.  The woman who answered asked if I was interested in lowering my interest rates.  I responded that I was trying to find out who they were as I am on the National DO Not Call List.  She said I should press "2".  I told her I had done so twenty times, and I wanted her company name so I could report them.  She instantly hung up.  When I called the number in return, the phone is answered, but an obviously fake recording stated the number has been disconnected.  Reported to DO NOT CALL website and the local sheriff.

I too just got a call from this 239-482-3803 almost immediately after another previous call from 850-432-3928 did not answer either one of them, but checking the web they are both possible scams.  Funny they came in one with in a minute of the other.  Would be work a sheriff looking into.  Only the later left a message of lowering my credit card, such a scam. the 239 just hung up.

Found number on "missed calls"  No message.

"We have made several attempts to reach you.  This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to offer...."  so the message goes.  Since I am on the "Do Not Call" list I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  I am also going to call my phone company and tell them that the next time I get a call from this number I am going to switch my telephone provider!  If you want to get the telephone drones to get interested this is the only thing that will work.  Just think if a LOT of us do this?  Maybe your friends, family. acquaintances, and total strangers would also be willing to call?  List this number in your myspace and youtube account and tell the world about the idiots who refuse to give another human being a little peace and quiet!  There is PLENTY we can do in spite of the federal, state and local government slugs that don't want to pull the five pound hoagie sub out of their mouths to hear our complaint.................

Definitely a scam. Called my place of business with an automated caller, then I trandferred to a live person. They tried to 'verify' who I was, but when I began demanding that they identify who they were trying to reach, I was promptly hung up on.

A little Google searching quicly revealed that this is American Debt Negotiators, a company with a history of shady dealings.

I'll be reporting this to whoever I can get to accept the info. Someone, somewhere, sometime, has to drop the hammer on these low life.

Said it was from a prison.  Hopefully no one in my familia needs me!

239-482-3803 came up in caller ID. Pick Up and the recording said press "1" to talk to a representative.  It rang and no one picked up.  Seeing this communication, it probably a scam.

THis number just called. The first time they called i didnt answer but the second time they called which was approximately 3 seconds after the first call when the machine said something about my credit card interest and this lady answered and said is this for our credit card interest rate and i said yes i was wondering which credit card it was for and she hung up.
