When you provide them the same kind of energy, they change their numbers. I've done it twice thus far, I make time to call them back to back and be a pest until they block me or change their numbers.

Threatening calls.

This comany claims to be Viable Solutions or Global Solutions. I have YouMail as a Voicemail App, which provides a transcript of the calls. My calls aren't prerecorded, it's a live person reading the scripted message. I've received a phone call from Honey Hideaway, Vanessa Washington, and a Mr. Taylor. Their mailing address is PO Box 58642 Dallas, TX 75201. When I called the Dallas District Consumer Affairs through the USPS, of course, the PO Box is invalid. I've also spoken with the FBI, who stated they get the same robocalls and to join the club, as if this is acceptable. Still I filed a complaint with them, as well as the FTC, as well as the BBB, who has them listed as a car rust business.

This number is using other numbers to call and leave threatening messages with this number in the message. The original number is 9012030811

I found the telephone number 202-836-8570 is being hosted by Peerless, Network, Inc. I filed a BBB against Peerless Network because this company's service is allowing for this alleged company to harass me.  Please submit claims to investigationsupport@peerlessnetwork.com or call 312-506-0933 to report calls from this number. Please be able to provide sufficient detail.

You do realize there's a chance the number was spoofed and you're telling people to go after a number and company that may be innocent right?

I am getting the same voicemails, and every time you call back EVERYTHING is INVALID!

I received the same message with a case number of 654001 and when you try to call the number back it keeps repeating the message. "If you know your parties extension you may enter it now or you can hold for the next representative." However, the never connect you to anyone. Thanks for sharing your experience Steven.

Same exact message left on my phone and you can tell it's a total scam

Received a call with the exact same wording at my home yesterday and work today..
"This call is for -pause- (name given by way digitally generated voice). I received an order in my office today to complete an order of process for several key matters you are being investigated for. I will be verifying your current address and your place of employment today. In the meantime it your responsibility and legal right to contact your plaintiff prior to being served. Their number directly to their office is 240-318-1314, make reference to case #660119. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your right to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed against you in your local county. Consider this your official notification."

When searching other sites there are reports with key red flag greatest hits..
"When I called number a woman answered telling me I have an outstanding loan with a bank that I only made 2 payments on. When I stated I don't have ANY loans and don't owe any money I was hung up on."

"Said I had attempted to defraud a bank institution. Gave me some llc saying it was payday loan center dated back in 2014, but wouldn’t state which one. Also said it was for $500 but they were demanding three times the amount for damages."

"They wanted to "Verify" personal information & stating that i owe money."

"Don t try and ask them for a license number, website, or anything else that would potentially identify them. They will simply just hang up on you."

And the best one was.. "I reported it to the FBI, they stated join the club, they're receiving the same calls."

This is a scare tactic scam by fraudulent entities who have either stolen a data base or purchased one that holds thousands of consumer's information.

They are calling from 650-353-9313.

Called my work 3 times and my home 5 times from 650-353-9313. Same message as above leaving 240-318-1314 as a call back number.
The sound quality is terrible and muffled at times like the caller was eating a sandwich. Who ever recorded the message must be playing an automated computer voice for my name and the case number by clicking their keyboard in front of them and holding the phone up to their computer speakers.
I reported the scam with my state's attorney general and the FBI links given on this site.

robo call from 650-353-9313, told to call 240-318-1314, something about fixing this before they came to my job

You are very welcome!  All of the information I posted can easily be found on the internet by going to federal and state websites, and doing other searches.  People just need to take the time to do it.

You have been notified  all right - of a SCAM.   You forfeit NOTHING by ignoring the call - and process servers do not call with a warning.  Check BigA's post on page 1 with information on what to do.  It is also THEIR responsibility to prove YOU owe anyone.

I called and they kept asking to give identifying information and I refused...I only gave phone number they called...I know its a scam because they are using my maiden name and before I got married I filed BK and had all debts discharged.

They continue to call saying I will be served...which has not happened... they don't have any information that a legit collections company would have....and both reps I talked to were rude and upset because I would not give them my information...
