Always the same message, that I'm being investigated, they will be verifying my address and place of employment and it's my duty to contact them and if I don't it's my forfeiture of rights to confront my accusers and a complaint will be filed against me in my local county

Got the same call saying I owed someone money for a loan I have never taken out. I called them back repeatedly. They have no physical address all they have is a po box in Dallas tx. No website. I called the company they say I owe to and it has never heard of me. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!

They are now calling from 701-495-0070 and leaving the same message demanding a return call to this number.

Same message as everyone else why are these people not stopped,  calling from several different numbers

Same call message file # I did call and a woman answered stating that I owe money on a payday loan with Midland financial services in 2013.  I never took a loan out with this company.  I also called the Midland financial services  and they agreed with me that they do not give out payday loans ever. My name was not in there computer that I never did business with them all the way back to 2000 to 2013. They also told me it must be some kind of scam.  Now I will make my complaints to the  State Attorney general,  and to Consumer Finance. GOV
The woman knew some of my personal information which I think is scary and my old financial bank. I ask her several questions about name of company, their address, state zip code. Her full name , phone number and extension.
She was looking to settle this over the phone with now the amount was 3 times more of the original loan. I know now after reading what Big A information that this is a scam by all means.

I received a call from her as well about the same thing. She had my previous addresses and the last four digits of my SS. Did they tell you the same thing?

You read all the way to the second page, skipping the post that gave you helpful information that you really needed, and then stopped reading before that poster gave even more helpful information that you could have used.  Why is that?

They collected 1000.00 from me fake number and company fake as well

Same thing happened to me this morning however I made police report had police to talk to them they hung up on him then they called the police phone and hung up as well
