Sorry, I must have the wrong number (female recorded voice) Called 8:01 pm EST

I do not have a business at home, but have received several calls from these nutjobs. Never any messages.

I just got this call and googled it to find this post that came up first.  as posted many times above a female said "I must have called the wrong number."  Hope it helps.

Female voice stating "Oh I'm sorry, I must have the wrong number!". It was at 8:25pm.

Received the call at 7:19 p.m. on my wife's cell phone. I answered and the caller hung up.

Called left know message

Rec'd ph call from 248-283-6080, but did not answer. No message left. What sort of a jerk called at 8:47 PM, C.S.T. to interrupt with presumably a marketing message?

These idiots have called before, but now that I recognize the number, I don't even bother answering!

This is in a female voice after 8:30 CT. I Have a Disc Jockey service. They must be hitting very type of company, event little ones like mine.
I Think that some one should try to put a stop to this!

Called me from (248) 283-6080. Offered me cash for my business needs. I figgerd thay had lots of it so I axed them for $2.2 Billion for the next 6 months in Iraq. They sed they would send it right on over t' the White House where ol' Dickie Poo put it one of his man-sized safes in his office. Heck, it's just like the money the Chinese loaned us for the war, WE never have to pay it back. I've never paid a business loan back. Just ask my brother Neil, he was a banker and we never paid back any of the money we borrowed from Silverado. Heck payin' back loans is for the little people.

and same thing, woman's voice saying wrong number
and it sounded like a computer generated voice,
curious about the number so i googled it and found this sight.

Just received call (I work from a home office) at 7:15pm from 248-283-6080 but did not answer the phone. Caller ID said North American THEY left ME a message - Computer generated voice saying - "Hi, this is Carol...." and then went on to talk about how they can give you a loan for up to $250,000 within 72 hours for business that want to expand.

I agree - what is the purpose of the Do Not Call List???????

I received TWO calls last night, one at 12:56 am and the other at 1:01 am!  This must be against the law.

Received the same reported call in evening after business hours.

The computer automated voice message: "Sorry I dialed the wrong number" should be: "Sorry, the auto dialer dials more number than telemarketers available who are busy now attempting to scam other business owners with predatory loans.  You are very lucky we did not attempt to scam you or your business." <click>

It is bottom feeder telemarketer lenders like these people that are one source of the subprime credit mess that has knocked our country into a recession.  No G.W. Bush it is not just a "slowdown" it is a damn recession and it is a severe one!

Wow... I thought the call was strange so I googled it this was the first website that came up.  My call was just before 8 and the recorded "I dialed the wrong number" women.  My cell number looks like a business, how lucky am I!

Ring Ring:
I pick up the phone and say, "Hello Salvisa Parsonage" then I hear a click,
and a recorded Female Voice says, "Oh, I must have the wrong number." :click: (hangs up).
Company is "phishing" and should be shot!
