got a call from 253-656-5016 saying that it was IRS and they were suing me but it came from an CA number. HAHAHAHA a stupid arab answered when i called back with bad phone reception. If your gonna scam do it right you [***]. put some effort into trying to buy your [***] camels food buy an iphone.

3 calls from different numbers (this number being one of them and 626-445-9137 being the other #) all threatening IRS calls.
Sweet.

Receiving calls saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and I must call 253-656-5016 to receive additional information.

Got a phone call today from 253-656-5016. Said they were the IRS and they were sending out the police due to an upaid tax bill and needed a check today otherwise they would put out a warrant for his arrest

I got the same call. The number calling me was a 1-303-344-2987.

Just got a call from "Unknown Name / Unknown Number". The synth message said that I was being sued by the IRS and I needed to call (253) 656-5016 for more information.

I got a threatening phone call saying that I'm being sued from the IRS. I called 253-656-5016 & no answer.

I got the same call irs is suing me last notice call from 253-656-5016 obvious scam IRS send letters when they want to audit you, not calls and never a threat to sue. Odd scam though, no one answer the number, I got it off my caller ID.  Other than annoying people they gain nothing unless you pick up live and are conned into giving private info out which no one should ever do by phone or email,

Same call today in Charlotte, NC. IRS is threatening to sue me? HA!!! Glad I googled the number before I called -  253-656-5016 ... you would think they would at least get a little creative and change the call back number in the recorded message after all this time. Idiots.

I just got the same call from 618-465-8138 and they told me to return their call at 253-656-5016. It sound automated, which scared the crap out of me, because that sounded "official." Glad I Googled before I called! I just now called the 618 number and it's "disconnected." Jerks.

Received a call from the IRS, but i no the IRS does not call. it is a scam  Ansonia CT.

Received this call from a 607 area code to call that 253 number. The IRS sends letters, not phone calls nor emails. Scam for sure!!

I too have received these messages.  It needs to be reported to the ftc at  https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt
The website has numerous scams on there that have been reported including those that claim to be the irs.

I received a phone call from 253-656-5016 from the IRS, telliing me that they are going to sue me and to call back immediately.  This is the first time I have heard from this number.  The first thing I did was google this number and found this site.  I am not calling back.  Sounds like a scam and they want more of my information.  Not happening.  

I just checked my messages and got two voice mails from this number stating that the IRS was suing me, glad I Googled it because when I tried the number back that was left on the voice mail, it didn't go through. It made me investigate a little further, be careful people!

Received VM advising me that IRS suing me. Asked me to call 253-656-5016. IT'S will mail me if they need to contact me.
