Stop calling no message left

I get these calls everday,,what good is the national do not call list if these idiots can still get thru

THis number called me multiple times a day ... it was to my cell phone and i have asked to be removed from these utility calls.

constant repeat calls, no messages and hangups. at least 2-3 per day.

I believe the company is Constellation Energy.  This is their facebook page;  
http://www.facebook.com/ConstellationEnergy.  I posted on this page late last week and was told the calls would stop.  I am giving them the benefit of doubt, because it's only been a couple of days.  I don't know if they think they are slick, but now I am getting calls from different numbers, but they all come back to them.  I don't care what they can offer me, I wouldn't be bothered with them if this is how they conduct their business.

They call me all the time from this number and I want it to stop.  I never pick up!

Calls me once an hour and hangs up.  Have already added my number to be removed from the list.

They call me 7-8 times a day.

I block all these numbers after they call,,,but it seems all these companys use multiple numbers. My telephone provider will only allow me to block 12 numbers so I'm constantly having to remove some numbers to add new ones. They start at 8:30 in the morning and continue thru-out the day. I wouldn't use any of these even if they offered a discount due to the aggravation they cause.

The company placing these calls is not limited to Illinois...I am in New York, happen to be a professional in the Retail Energy business, and these people are scammers.  I asked them if they were affiliated with the utility company and they said no, I asked them what supplier they represented, and they said over 30 different supply companies...I then asked her to name a few, and she refused.  I told her it was very easy to find out what suppliers had offers in my service area, and that she might as well just tell me and save us all some time.  She said she couldn't give me any information until I provided my account number.  I refused and told her I would be filing a complaint with the NYPSC and that my complaint would be concerning slamming, the process in which a company changes your supplier without your consent or knowledge.  In New York they call themselves the "Utility Discount Center".

Do not give them any information, and if you do, be wary of teaser rates, where the first month is really low, then they hit you with an extremely high rate in the second month.  It typically takes up to 2 bill cycles to switch your service back, and then they have gotten you at a high rate for at least 3 months and you risk being slammed again by the same company if you do not put a block on switching on your account.

They companies are just trying to get business because they are competing to supply for example ConEd with your electricity. It is better to research your own supplier and not go to companies like this. I found the number for this company it is 1800 479 0776. Depending on the area code you are in and state they will say they are something different from enery discount center, savings center to consumer service. They have lots of fake address to give, if you google them, you will not even be able to map them.

The sad part these companies get around that law cuz they say they are offering a service and not selling anything. So long as they are not selling, they can call.

They will not give out any info  unless you sign up..I suggest calling directly to 1800 479 0776. I called and when the person verified my info it was not me. It took a while but I figured it out. I gave a fake info and let them think I was the person on whatever system they were using to look up infor yellow pages, intelius, bing idk. But they gave me at the end their personal number. They are located in California from my research.

unfortunately ur wrong. It is not them it is another company trying to get you to sign up with them. They use tactics to try not to mention who they are. Most of the time they do not even use their real company name. A lot of these companies maybe legitimate reps of these companies like constellation, but I wouldn't give my info.

I'm located in Central Ontario and just received a call from this number.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize without checking this website first.

Funny that they would call a phone # in CANADA regarding utility discounts given that they seem to be located in Illinois.

I received their call this morning. It seems that their name is "CMRKRCH", kind of telemarketer, from Tacoma, WA.
Never answer them, they're spammers!

Arash Akhavan 3580 Wilshire Blvd #1170 Consumer Energy Advocates aka Montage Financial. They use a bunch of fake names to hide behind. They say they are a non profit, but i know they make a tone of money.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Please take a moment to report this call via an online complaint to regulators.
