These stupid idiots just called me at 9:45pm on a Wednesday night! What gives them that right? I don't want their service and have told them so. Pretty dumb of them. Good thing I have Call Control.

The call is from Walgreens. I don't know why they insist on calling me. I don't need help remembering to pick up my refills.

I've received several calls with messages left saying "Hi, this is Laura with Walgreens.  We'll try to catch you at a later time. Thank you and be well." I called Walgreens and they said there is no Laura with them (the only one I have ever dealt with for prescriptions etc.) and there's nothing waiting for me there.

The woman said she was from Walgreen and wanted to thank me for my recent prescription. Wanted me to call back on information on updating my Medicare D. I donot have Medicare D...Did a search on the phone #, because it was not a Walgreen from my city....What a scam!!

This is not SPAM it is Walgreens. I was called about an online order I had placed. I dont know if the same number handles other Walgreens issues but can verify this number is legitimate.

3/21/16 14:45 PDT  ID reads only ALABAMA.  Message claims to be Walgreen's mail order service regarding a prescription that needs Dr.'s approval and have not gotten response from him.  Walgreens continues to call from all over the place and never ID themselves.  Use multiple numbers and seem hell-bent on masking them.

6/15/16  13:00 PDT  Again, this is Walgreen's mail order department, no ID and so I didn't answer.  Message as something about needing info regarding a recent refill order and to call 800-345-1985 to clarify.  I called the 800 number and told them to go ahead an refill since I am running out of the medication I have been taking for at least 4  yrs.  Also complained to them that I am getting really fed up with them calling without identifying themselves right off the top.  Will continue to complain every time they pull this  It would save all of us time if they just showed who they were when they call so we could answer and they wouldn't need to leave a message and we wouldn't need to return a call.

People saying this is a scam are wrong. Agree it would be nice if they didn't mask their number.

I don't use Walgreens and have never used mail order anything for scripts. I don't even get any scripts! I live in IL & this # is from Muscle Shoals, AL; they didn't leave a message

This is Walgreens Mail Order Pharmacy calling.  I just spoke with them about an order I placed. The caller ID just said ALABAMA. Wish they would say Walgreens. Called twice. I didn't answer the first time because I didn't recognize the number. Looked it up here and saw several people had ID as Walgreens mail order so I answered when they called back. They had details about my order like medication, payment method and were checking because my copay was high. (My medical insurance sucks.)

It is Walgreen's medical-mail call center. However, as others have posted on here, it would be nice if they would identify themselves.  Also, do they really need to call multiple times in one day?  Had the same lady leave me multiple garbled messages.  She was reading from a script but still butchered the message.  My recommendation to Walgreens is to invest in automated technology so that the customer can actually understand the message/voicemail.

says she is from walgreens.caller id shows from AL...beware...you can do business with walgreens mail online...no need for these calls!
