Scumbag bottom feeder collection agency.

Scam!!!

Called my Father with a "personal" business matter.  When I told them I had POA they said they would need proof.  When I asked why I would send them anything if I don't know who they are she hung up on me.

I had a missed call from this number. When I called back it immediately connected to an automated system that said I could press 6 to be removed from their call list. I pressed six and the system said it was connecting me to a voice mailbox where I could leave my phone number. I hung up at that point because it seemed suspicious.

They call from many spoofed numbers and routinely violate the FDCPA.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Did the same thing just now, because of your post, and got the same results. I'm not leaving my number. That is suspicious.

Received a call from this number. I called back and reached an automated system that stated if I am the caller hold the line for a live person. she came on the line and asked me for my date of birth to confirm that they were speaking to the correct person. I advised her that I would not give her my date of birth if she's calling me for a valid reason she should be able to proceed. She's they didn't know until she can confirm who I am and I told her I didn't even know who she was and I was not confirming anything. And hung up

I was threatened by text message from a that he was going to kill me.
