I got the same email offer letter and I was astonished by such huge offer ..Did email and replied me back to sign the offer letter and E and T will proceed on H1B Visa. What is this? Is it a Scam?

I got an employment offer as Admin Assistant at Brescia University and they advised me to contact Elvis Roberts for H1B Visa. Can it be possible to have such a big employment offer? May I know please before I act according to an offer given.

Please note this is a 100% confirmed SCAM most probably of a Nigerian origin.

i have also get a LECTURER offer from BRESCIA UNIVERSITY. I also think everthing is fake. i have also processed according to the given direction. now they send a mail attachement for giving the H1B visa fee of  $1580 to the UK based address. How it is possible that i have to go USA and send the money to UK.
They also send me the mail for getting the so maney facilities which is unbeliavle. they have not asked for any updated biodata or any query or any thing. it looks impossible. There is no any www.eandtoffice.com website.

Hi jennit...We have the same situation I just receieved a questionaire from MR Donald Campot and I naswer and send back to him then he replied with Letter offer of employment from suffolk under the sign of MR Peter Welsh then he refer me to contact Mr Elvis Roberts for the HIB Visa I contacted him and He send me the Application form in which I have to fill it now...he also refer me to Tony Plus for the LDE.I was confused about it so i searched here in the internet and Im so glad I found the truth that this is a scam.If you want to contact me here is my email adde villnicka@yahoo.com.ph.Thanks and regards.

In the arrached elaborate Employment Offer Letter they wrote a certain Elvis Roberts. I searched his background until I found this page.
It's 100% SCAM folks. They used a certain Dr. Thomas Ayoub from Norwalk Hospital CT as a front because he is genuine and from that hospital, but the offer is obviously a hoax and they are taking advantage of doctors/physicians who want to go to the US.
Dont be fooled. Research every item and report vigilantly.

This is a scam!
The scam is in an attempt to obtain money from Physicians under the guise of an H1-B Visa requirement for US employment. Using information obtained form the Norwalk Hospital website, the internet phishing scammer send victims, what a appears to be, a legitimate employment offer from organizations like Norwalk Hospital. Included in the bogus documentation are terms of employment and the H1B Visa requirements to be obtained from a fictitious law firm - Elvis Roberts Consults with a fake New York address.

If you have any information, please let the US FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center [ http://www.ic3.gov/about/default.aspx ] know and provide whatever information you may have.
