I am a Filipino citizen and working here in Saudi Arabia. I received also an offer from MPICL and spend for a total fo USD 1,880.00 for LDE and MEA paid to Mrs. Christina Phillps from New Zealand since this is the addres given to me by Evans Fletcher. Then Donald Carr told me to contact Greig Mcleish from United Trust Bank to open an account according to him is the official bank. Unfortunately, a certain Greg send an email to me to send in western union  for a total amount of USD1,250.00 in Turkey in the name of UDOCHUKWU FORTUNATE ANYIAM. Then when I contacted Donald Carr in the phone +1 (203) 286 3568 no one is answering the phone even his secretary if he has!?! He Donald Carr insisted me to borrow  the said amount to other when he phone me up and then send an email to me to contact Mr. Nicholas Willis from World Access Loan to borrow the total amount of USD3,250.00.

Unfortunately only the phone he has used is not appearing in my cellphone since all the phone of my relative in the US is always appear with me. Also I told to my brother in USA to contact the said number but he said no one is answering the phone.
He used to call me around 9:30am arabian time, comparing to other countries 8:30am ghana time and 2:30 am in Norwalk, Connecticut.

When I made an email communication to Donald Carr thru his email hr@mpiclgroup.net is always bounce back to me which it seems the email nor company MPICL is not exist.

Well, it seems this guy (Donald Carr) has an international connection throughout the world.
