I received email from norwalk hospital university for the post of senior lecturer commerce without interview. I want to confirm whether it is true or scam.

I got this aswell but from a Donald Carr. Could someone please tell me what is going on? What are they trying to do and who are they? I didn't have a phone call, just the email.

in my case they where a oil and gas company. donald carr the hr manager.
oba&partner consults asked me to pay 890usd for the visa.
in ther website they have the address maple street 34 (itś a small house with backjard), on their letter of offer for employment maple street 34 ( itś a hospital).
at the moment i try to press criminal charges on them.

I am from Bulgaria, but currently working in Kenya. I've received the same email from Donald Carr. I am sure this a deception. On the initial questionnaire that they are sending is written Blue Dolphin Energy Company, which is a real company.
