Didnot answer!! All my dealings with Wellcare is by mail!!! Why would they call on Saturday, not a business day!!

Same as others.  ID said it was Wellcare.  They wanted me to complete a survey rating my service for the past year.  I did not have coverage with this this past year.  However, I took out coverage that starts 1/1/21 so I thought this was in regard to my new coverage.  Otherwise I would not have answered the call.  I did not answer Yes or No when they asked me if they could continue.  They said they didn't hear me but would continue anyway. Then they asked for my birthday.  At that point I knew it was a scam and hung up.

Call was blocked by Call Filter. I blocked the number. COVID must not bother anyone today.

Caller ID shows from Line Lexington, PA. VM said they were WellCare and needed to "gather some important information" and to call back 24/7. There was no company name in the caller ID, they weren't even close on pronouncing my last name, WellCare hours are 8-6 M-F and their headquarters are in Tampa, FL. That is enough misinformation for me to conclude this was a scam/phishing call. It's concerning to think that they have tapped into WellCare data base.

I would not trust this call.  Appears to be a scam.

husband answered phone. ask for me. i was busy. said they needed me to call them back at this number. they told him it was health aid calling. i returned call. they ask for phone number from they called me. ask me to verify if I was reta , then they said they had no account under that name.

I just called Wellcare on their number (1-888-550-5252). The person I spoke with said that this is a legitimate call and it's a survey. I told her that Wellcare needs to do something different because these days because of all the scam calls, people are not going to answer their phone for a number they don't recognize and they will not call back on a number they don't recognize. I also told her that I don't do surveys so I will be ignoring these calls in the future. She thanked me for my feedback.

I’m also receiving these calls 3 times a day.  Even if it isn’t a scam, they need to know how annoying it is to keep calling and calling !!!!   I won’t answer either way.

This automated caller has called about four times which I never have answered until tonight. They asked if I was -------- and I said yes, then they asked my birth date and that is when I hung up.  Caller ID said Well Care, which we were with already, so they should have already known that. These calls make me frustrated for sure. I won't  ever bother answering again!!!! I called my ins agent and was told to ignore these calls.  I wish these scam callers would get a REAL job.

Robo caller claiming to be from wellcare. Need to collect important information. I just hung up! I don't do surveys on phone, on line or in person! Any info. you give gets sold to criminals and robo callers.

Same as above. Seems that the marketing dept and customer service department of Well Care don’t communicate or share a database. If they did, they would send a notification via email or a notification on my online account. Snail mail is an option too

Called from Wellcare needing to gathet info

Received call today from ?Wellcare?...even though the phone system identified it as Spam, we went ahead with the call, because we had just been clearing up a problem with Wellcare reps this afternoon.  My wife stayed with it for some time, but did not divulge any important info other than her birth date.  She finally got fed up with the length of the ?survey? and hung up on the robot.   Interesting that this call would come in so soon after we were dealing with the legit Wellcare reps.  Am going to call the Wellcare number we were using this afternoon and complain.   Noted that others who have reported on this number called Wellcare and were told it was legit, while others were told by  Wellcare reps that it is a scam.  Get your ducks in a row, Wellcare!!!  It either is  legit or it isn't!!!

2017 would have been 2 years before that post and I now have to wonder why you waited 4 years to stop by here?
