I got a call from this number at 4:30pm on 1-28-14. I missed the call due to being on the phone already. Didn't call them back and they didn't leave a voicemail. My carrier is AT&T by the way.

Same thing here. Just called right now and did not leave a message. Call was from (268) 762-0041 in Antigua/Barbuda. I have Verizon.

As stated before, THIS IS A SCAM CALLING TACTIC !!! They call from the Carribean, let the phone ring once or twice, and hang up. When you call back, you get a initial charge on your phone bill of at least $28, and then you get billed a minimum of $9 a minute after that for being on hold. Complain to the FBI and get them to send a trigger happy SWAT team there and accidentally waste the whole lot of them, making an example of these turds. They need to do it to Bankcard Services and Cardmember Services also, and get these venereal warts from the sphincter of society offline FOR GOOD !! Since there is no catagory for CRIMINALS below, I'm lumping them in with their next of kin, the telemarketers.

Insane! Tell me who to report these people to. I just got a call after 11 pm..  it is almost midnight.. This has to be illegal. The caller hung up. I returned the call to get an automated message. As you can tell, I am not happy

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

268-762-0136 is the number that called me at 12:45.  Isn't there anything we can do about these calls?  I'm on the do not call list registry.

Got called during state of the union address. I was in the room but didn't hear the phone ring. They didn't leave a message.

(268) 762-0041 just got a call: 3:39am. No voicemail. Checked here prior to calling back, thankfully.

Received a missed call at 6:11 a.m. this morning.  No message was left.  

Received a call from this number few minutes back.  Am glad I Googled the area code.

Don't call them back - it's a scam.  When you call them back (which I did, because I didn't know what the situation was), it's a recording that you can't even understand and some hold music.  Then I googled and saw this website... Then I called Verizon, and they said that if a charge comes through on it, they'll take it off my bill.  Then they blocked the number and the rep told me she'd gotten several complaints about calls from the 268 area code today.  

Called our cells and home phone. We don't answer calls we don't recognize!

I did call the number back the first time, but fortunately for me, a Verizon recording came on to say that the number was Changed, Disconnected or No Longer in Service. The first call was from a different number, but with the same area code. They both showed up as "Unavailable". I don't know how to block numbers from calling me, but I guess that is a question for my wireless carrier. I too am on the National Do Not Call Registry. Guess it wouldn't apply to people with bad intentions.
