WE ARE RECEIVING THE SAME PHONE CALLS. OUR BANK HAS JUST INDICATED TO ME THAT ALL ACCOUNTS THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH SEEM TO START WITH THE BROMALITE CHARGES, AS DO THE REPORTED PHONE CALLS. WE'VE JUST CANCELLED THE CARD ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHARGES. IF,MORE LIKE WHEN THIS BOGUS COMPANY CALLS BACK I PLAN TO INFORM THEM THAT I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FTC. YOU CAN GOOGLE SEARCH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, ONCE ON THEIR SITE EITHER LOCATE THE PHONE NUMBER OR THE COMPLAINT FORM, TAKES ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO COMPLETE EITHER ONE. THE FTC IS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND THEY WILL LOCATE AND STOP THE COMPANY THAT IS BEHIND ALL OF THIS. THE COMPANY BEHIND THIS SCAM CAN BE FINED BY THE FTC IF THEIR INVESTIGATION FINDS THEM TO BE IN THE WRONG. THERE ARE OTHER POSTINGS ON THE FTC SITE ABOUT COMPANIES WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN FINED FOR VARIOUS REASONS. IT MAY BE WORK LOOKING INTO IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING SHOWING UP ON YOUR CREDIT THAT YOU'VE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED. I THINK YOU'LL BE SHOCKED AT THE COMPANIES THAT HAVE BEEN FINED. GOOD LUCK AND THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS POSTED INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIDICULOUS PHONE CALLS.. THOSE DARN CALLS AND CHARGES ARE ENOUGH TO MAKE A PERSON SCREAM!! THEY'RE ACTUALLY CALLING BOTH OUR HOME PHONE AND MY CELL PHONE.. I'M CONSIDERING AN AIRHORN.. NEXT TIME THEY CALL PICKUP THE PHONE AND BLAST THEM! LOL

I just got a call recently from this number asking some info on my Visa card & asked why? They hung up soon after.

i've had the same problem too. I actually called my cell phone provider and had them block my number so they can't call me. I also cancelled my credit card they have on file. Its worked so far!

I buy and bought Bromalite but from Bromalite.com I believe, or maybe not. I'll look into it. But I just saw another charge for $29.99 and I KNOW I cancelled the Bromalite right after and have the saved copy to prove it.  I just also got 3 bottles of AcaiBurn and I'm like what the...

I bought one bottle and cancelled. That was I believe in December. But, where the heck did these 3 new botles come from.  Wow. What a lesson to learn. And, I actually like the Bromalite, it works MUCH better than ANY other one I bought. But, If they are gonna keep charging me sheesh!!!

I was told they would send me a $50 gas card, because I had a good standing with my visa  card, they also had the last 4 numbers of my card. They called 4 times in one day, the last call was 10:30pm April 23, 2009

I got sucked in by one of those ads being sent through yahoo messenger. Luckily I had to cancel my debit card for another reason. Now I am getting calls from this number as well. Invest in callblock. Most landline companies offer it as a service allowing you to block incoming calls. Now its available for many cell phones through Handango. It is the best $10 I ever spent. You can even block calls when caller id is blocked by blocking last incoming. Caller gets a short busy and a hangup. Blocks incoming text too.

My credit card info was compromised from my bank in a breach with Heartland Payment Systems. My bank sent me a new card with a new number. I got a call from a similar number (ending in 2512) with an offer of a $50 gas card if I paid $2.50 to have it shipped. They had my old credit card info.

YES!  The ACAI Berry stuff has jacked up my account as well.  I also thought that the 2 were connected!

They called me twice today. I called back & got a message (that was partially inaudible), that I had reached the Marketing Dept.

I am waiting for them to call back so that I can rip them a new one.

I don't know if it has any relation, but I never ordered a product from an infomercial until a few days ago. I am now receiving regular calls from this number and 269-768-2511. I ordered the Slap Chop online and the confirmation email they sent me has my last 4 digits of my credit card and my phone number. I believe this is somehow related.  Either by them capturing emails as they flow through the net.

269-768-2512.  This person said he was from Potty Patch company.  I had just placed an online order from this company.  He said he was confirming my 'shipping' address and proceeded to give me my home address (which is very strange because I just moved to this state, so it is a very new address.)  It was the wrong ship to address.  After getting that correct, he tried to get me to purchase a trial discount membership, and was going to send me $50 in Wal-mart gift cards.  "Just a moment and let me record the conversation to prevent clerical errors."  I asked how much it was going to cost - $1.25 for 30 days.  I have no idea if he was going to ask for my credit card, but I bet he was.  I completely declined the offer and he said, "Fine, maybe another day then" obviously unhappy that he didn't get a chance to steal my credit card number.

Received four calls today from this number.  Didn't answer.  Like the last
posting, I placed an order with Potty Patch last night.

I received two calls from this number today, and I also placed an order for a Potty Patch last night.  I didn't answer either time.  I'm going to email the company right now.

I too ordered a potty patch for my dog yesterday and was called today by the number ending in 11 and one that ended in 12 as well.  They wanted to confirm my mailing address and tried to send me the same $50 gas card.  I will be following up with potty patch tomorrow as well.  I suspect they are a marketing group tied to the company that was marketing potty patch.  When I signed out I had to refuse to buy 10 additional items before they accepted my order.  Seems to be par for the course for this marketing company.

I've received several calls and hang-ups on my cell phone from this number after ordering the product, Potty Patch for my dog. There are several numbers with different area codes that have been calling and hanging up but they all belong to the same company. When I call them back I get the same recording, same voice on the recording telling me I've reached The Marketing Department. I called customer service regarding my order and they told me the order did not go through... but somehow these slimy [***] got my cell number. I know it's related to this order because I usually give my home number when ordering but for some reason, I gave my cell. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to cancel my debit card.

I have received no less that 8-10 calls in one day for the last week on my cell phone.  Every time I go to answer, they hand up.  Calls come at all hours, early morning until late at night.  Would appreciate some help on how to stop them. I have read some of the other reports on ordering certain items over the net, but I have not order any of the items listed, and I never give my cell phone #.

OMG the same thing has been happening to me too!! They call me atleast 2-3 times a day!! Its getting soo annoying!! Im going to call the National Do-Not-Call-List at 1-888-382-1222...my parents and friends all say that this normally stops all of those calls with telemarketers and what not..hopefully this will work!
