Called on my cell phone which is an unlisted number. As soon it rang, it hung up. Do NOT call lists have not worked again.

they call me everyday but never leave a voice message i always don't answer call I do not recognize!

someone just called me again from the number: 281-825-4339, and when i very politely asked to be taken off the list, they called me an "[***]" and hung up. If anyone knows who this company is, please let me know.  I want to charge them to the full extent of the law!!

the call posted above was made just now, Tues April 24,2012 at about 8:09pm pacific time. The person had a very strong "ghetto" accent, is the best way i can discribe him.

Rece3ived call from this number.  Did not answer it and figured if it was important that they would leave a message.  Not sure how they got my cell #.

I have been bothered by this company 2x with unwarrented calls. I am a very private person and am not on any call lists and do not share my info on Facebook or any other site. I do not know the name of the calleror if it is a company or an individual, but I am not ok with this. Thank you for your help.

repeated hang up calls on my cell #.  Called them back and there is no option for removing my number.

The person spoke so low that I kept saying "Hello Hello Hello" and all I could hear was, can i speak with the youngest female in the household...I was like, did i hear that right and said "Hello Hello Hello" about 6 more times before they hung up.

They call twice this week. I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message

Reported to FCC and do not call.

Received as well. No message. I have asked to take off "Do Not call list" but solictors have a rotary and they use other numbers to call again. Get the numbers and call the do not call list to report for cell phones or landlines. But the constantly change so they can get ahead of this. There needs to be some to of regulation and we need to be persistant so there is a fix to have them stop the harassing calls and minutes?

I've received several calls on my cell phone from this number but they hung up before I answered.  Very annoying.... If anyone knows how to get rid of these types of calls please post the info..

I don't know why these people are calling me ...I don't even buy oil and filters from them ...Walmart does it all...I just make sure they've put oil in the engine before starting it up!!!!

Lately I've received numerous calls from this number but the last one left a one second voice mail which costs me money to retrieve.

I don't answer numbers I don't know and to not leave a voice message,  even an "I'm sorry, I dialed the wrong number",  is just extremely rude and shows the caller is 1) unwanted, 2) likely a telemarketer/scammer,  and 3) harassing me.

I mark the id as 'lookup' or such to show me that this number (to not answer) has called before. This helps w/ research and logs which is required for good, successful legal (civil or criminal court) action. Which this company is now in for having cost me money.

Seems that they are hired by Advanced Auto Part. Thank you to those who have provided such great information.  The harassing, unwanted calling co. can be submitted to your States or Commonwealths Attorney Generals Office and State Corporations Commission for investigation and prosecution. Depending on your State or Commonwealth laws and how you've been harassed then you may be able to file additional suit and they might also be liable under criminal  codes.  All this goes for any unwanted calls from any company, and in certain degrees individuals too. Knowing who sold our privacy, while we don't yet have laws on our side despite constitutional violations, we can take action in the forms of being outspoken and boycotting.

Advanced Auto Parts is now boycotted by me.

Now off to prepare my court filings.  ;)

received a few calls from this number.  do not know who they are.  WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF DO NOT CALL IF YOU STILL RECEIVE CALL!!!!!!  They call and do not leave a message.  Please help stopping thse calls not only for me but for everyone else!!!!

Very professional lady, inspite of my personal comments.

I personally thought it was a comprehensive "Questionair"'.  
I think it was directed at MY state of Florida., and also of... my opinions of Americas politics in General.  I didn't mind participating at all.  I think this company, probably is doing the same type of surveys in different states.  

This particular woman , asked me alot of questions regarding issues in my particular state. Florida.  I can see where the survey  could be "tailored" to other states.  She asked me a number of questions about rulings of the Supreme Court of Florida, and alot ot questions about, the Govt school system and  "Vouchers" ...IN Florida.

It was an "Interesting" Survey.....And, professionally administrated.

I like "Surverys" like these.
