This has been going on for more than a year, I guess no one has the will to stop it. And they wonder why terrorist wander enter and wander freely in this country.

I came across this site after being fed up with all the sales calls, filed a complaint with the FCC for the "Call Center, MD" 301-882-9986 5 phone calls from 4/28 - 5/14 (2 already today).
I went through my caller ID for the last month. "Sales Dept" 757-990-8981 called 9 times from 4/13 - 5/6. "Henrico VA" 804-234-9010 has called 4 times from 5/12 - 5/13 (I believe they are the same company, when called back they have the same recording to remove the number but not to talk to anyone). Has anyone had any issues or have any info for the last two numbers? I am going to file a complaint about them as well.

Amen, Clint. Just got my first 2 calls today from them. Was in the middle of filing my online FCC complaint when the 2nd call came 20 minutes after the first one. Since last night, we have had a spate of telemarketer calls, so I have made 2 complaints about that one and one about Online Pharmacy.

But when I found this site today and saw that it has gone on for a year and nothing has changed makes you wonder what's the use. We purchased the Privacy Manager service from ATT 2 months ago and for the first couple of weeks it was fine, but these companies know that all they have to do to bypass it is have a "name" and a spoof number, and they're in.

So until the FCC does something, I will continue to tell the live telemarketer to "hold please" and set the phone down until they hang up on their end. If they are gonna waste my time, all I can do for now is waste theirs.

They keep calling here also several times a day I have caller id so I will not answer. I agree they need to be stopped we are on the do not call list and we still get stupid telemarketers some leaving recorded messages saying its our final chance to refinance , then they call back again .

If thiese numbers are invalid how is it they can call us they must be only outgoing .

I have my number on the do-no-call list as well. Could Verizon Wireless have anything to do with this? Ever since I switched my phone, I receive on average ten calls like this (unknown and unwanted) per week.

Just got a call from these idiots.  Whenever the recording starts, hit ZERO... that'll remove you from their call list.

Friggin' idiots... I'm on the DNC list.

Received a call from 301-882-9986 today (May 14, 2009 @ 3:48pm) which came into my cell phone (Verizon).  I am on a Do Not Call list.  I am reporting these people.  Please reply.  Thank you.

These idiots called my four times today!!!

This # calls my home constantly. My number is also on the do not call list in Michigan. The caller ID shows out of state call.

Whom ever is on the other end of this phone is a jerk.  I am fed up with telemarketing companies calling MY phone and then getting obscene when I "play" with them.  THEY are calling ME!  You can't even remove your number from their list!  These are not businesses, they are scum.

The Attorney Generals office told me that they need an address before they will do anything. Our Tax dollars at work

They call back whether you answer or not, whether you press "3" to be removed, whether you press "1" to talk to live rep or not...they just call...over & over.
I have Caller ID too, but if I'm in the middle of something, I have to stop & check ID to make sure I'm not ignoring an important call. These CHICKEN$HIT bums don't respect anyone's right to be left alone!!

I receive a call from this number daily auto voice wants to give options for refinancing my mortgage.  I don't have a mortgage.

I had the same Maryland call on my caller ID 301-882-9986.  I tried calling and got the same message. I am really glad we can google the number and have people comment on this.  Now I know what to watch for if they call again.  Thanks everyone who commented.

Got a call from 301-882-9986. I picked up the phone just to tell them not to call me, but the people are very abusive.

Just got a call from this number.  I too am on the Do Not Call list, but evidently being on that list doesn't do much if I keep getting unwanted calls from these annoying telemarketers.

Received a call from this number telling me they could reduce my rates on my credit cards. The lady identified this business as appointed by Mastercard and Visa to reduce apr with banks. She then said she had to discuss with her manager which cards would be good to reduce apr. She kept me on hold and came back asking me for 2 cards. I asked her if I could call her back and she said that she didn't have a direct line. Once my information was processed "upstairs" then I could have a line to call. She said she would call me back on Monday. I searched the number and saw it was a land line in NEW MARKET, MD 21774. When you google and use satellite for this area, it is residential not business.

I went to the website and filed a complaint.  Hopefully the state of Maryland will resolve this illegal mess.

Called at 12:25 on May 16,2009. Recorded message said my credit card interest rates could be reduced & asked me to press "2" to speak with a rep. Identified themselves as "Account Services with Visa, MasterCard & American Express" twice. When pressed, also said her company name is "Financial Freedom." "Account Services" has called me at least 4 times in the past 6 months, I've asked them repeatedly not to call as well as informed them that I'm on the DNC list. They've already been reported to the FCC via the complaint form at DoNotCall.gov and will be again now. Number on Caller ID was 301-882-9986.
