They give the caller ID number to call back so it is call forwarded to Eastern Europe or China, not spoofed. Caller ID is MILLSBORO DE. Blocked.

I didn't answer the call. Total bogus scam! All these people want is your computer's info just so they can take it over and corrupt it. Do not fall for it.
