I called the number below back and it was innovative consults and told them did not want to receive the calls any longer and they took my name and phone number and said they would put me on the do not call list. So, lets see if they try calling back. I will post next time they call if they do and give an update if it happened or not. potentially they said it was a call about offer from a few companies: 1. being Bank of America.

This is so annoying.  They call everyday, you rush to the phone (you see the id is IC 302-737-9533) if you don't pick up they call back in a few hours.  If you pick up there is no one there and after a few seconds they hang up.  I am sick of this.  Is there anyone out there that can HELP and stop this crap.  

Oh No, they just called again.  I thought that if I pick it up right away I would get a person.  Nope, just a sigh and after a few seconds a disconnect. STOP IT STOP IT

They call at least twice a day and have been calling for a long time.  I have never answered the phone and they don't leave messages.

WHAT TO DO:

Thousands of people are getting hounded by this number 302-737-9533. We live in Texas and I know many people are in other states. please do this:  Call 1-877-382-4357..follow the direction, but after you press, to report a....., than press "0" and get a live operator, otherwise you will not.. than report in person.  They will only do something if enough people Complain.  SO, DIAL NOW>>>>>>

they called and i informed them we were on the do not call list and they then hung up. they then called back and in less than a minute and the guy said "shut the f***, we will call you however much we want"......

Said B of A was sending out a copy of credit report and just wanted us to "watch for it in the mail so it wouldn't get stolen"  WHAT?  Told them sounded very fishy,hung up and found this site.

Are there any real protection from these calls-had numerous from multiple sources. We are on the do not call list--apparently they found the worm hole in that.

Receive at least one call daily from I C - 302-737-9533 - never leave me a message.  Last time I reported this number, it stopped for about two weeks.  It has now started up again

PHONE CALLS FROM 1-302-737-9533. OFFERING CREDIT CARD INSURANCE. BLAH BLAH BLAH. ANYWAYS, TOLD THEM I AM NOT INTERESTED AND HUNG UP. WHERE DO THESE IDIOTS FIND THESE NUMBERS TO CALL????????I WOULD LIKE TO PUT ALL OF THESE TELEMARKETERS IN ONE PILE AND THROW THEM IN THE OCEAN.

here is the company info. i called them and spoke to one of the managers there. and told them they better update there do not call list or i was going to take legal actions on them. didnt ask for my name just the phone numbers that are being called.

call them instead of calling the number that called you, you should get better results from that.

I get calls from this number almost everyday.  We do not answer the phone. I am on the Do Not Call

JUST GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS AFTER 8 PM. LIKE EVERY OTHER CALL NO ONE ON THE LINE... I JUST DON'T GET IT

i also agree with you i just got a call from them yesturday and they hung up right when i gave my father the phone

Same drill as you other nice people...calls frequently, no messages.

hey, does anyone get these same types of calls from other numbers, too? I think that there are about 5 different jerk companies (that are all on this site) on my caller ID when I get home each day.

its a bill collecting place if you want them to stop calling threaten them with a complaint to the ftc then follow through. They ask for the people that used to have my number.

Made the mistake of answering the call last nite.  A older man sounded confused and asked for Carol.  I asked if I could help.  He hung up.  About 10 minutes later, he called again.  Then I called our local police to see if someone could call the number (3027379533) and verify that the man is okay or needed help.  Now I really feel dumb for not realizing that it was BofA yet again.  As I have caller ID, I got to know their other calls that originated out of Canada.  Got another call tonight but didn't answer this time.  Thank you everyone for posting your messages.

I get calls from this number at least twice a day! NO ONE ever says ANYTHING when I answer.  I am also registered with Do Not Call in Missouri!  I am SICK OF IT!

I get calls every day at least twice.  There is never a person on the other end when I answer.  Just silence.  I am SICK of it!!!

I've been getting a call a day from this number for the past four days. The first couple times it seemed like they just hung up. The next time a recorded message asked if I wanted to accept the call, and I hung up. Just now they called again and I took the option to accept the call. A muffled-sounding man in a very loud call center asked for a name I could barely understand. I told him he had a wrong number and hung up. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
