Unwanted call

We have been getting the same calls, per Bonnie's post on 28 Apr 2007, I called 302-369-6857 and spoke with someone and requested to be taken off their list.  We will see if it works.

I get calls from this number at least once a day. I am registered with Do Not Call in Florida. I am very SICK OF IT.

i have recived several calls from this number i called and pressed zero to speak to a person and told her to put me on the DoNotCall list and she says it takes 30 days...so i guess they can still call for 30 more days??!!!

No details.  They just call and hang up frequently.  Mom died Friday and all the family is trying to call in.  I don't need this irritation right now.
I just wonder if they are the same people who call asking for people who have never lived here or had the use of my phone number?  I get a lot of computer generated calls.

I've been getting calls from this number everyday for several weeks now. I just don't answer it because of what I read here. Many of you say it is Bank of America telemarketing. I believe so. In the past, I have also received BOA annoying calls from different numbers. Here are two: 866-838-6579 and 8880-665-9900
I do have a small BOA account so they are entitled to call and harrass me. The Do Not Call Registry does not apply when you have a relationship with a party. What a crock of s**t.

They have called me twice, they don't say anything and they hang up... I am on the D.C.L.  Let them call me again, and I will tell them a few choice words... I hate when people do that.. STOP CALLING ME DAMMITT!!

Karen.. I am sorry for you lost.. may your mom rest in peace.. call that phone number back and you can register your phone number to their " do not call list" and they say wait at least 24 hours for it to register.. God Bless you and your family.

The 3rd time they called!! If I could reach them through the phone, I'd punch them out! QUIT CALLING HERE!!!!

This number calls us sometimes three to four times a day!

I get a call from this number every evening at work.  I work for a county government entity so you can see we should receive NO calls from solicitors but....  Each time I answer there is about a 1-2 second pause and they hang up.  I would love to call back and see who it is but our long distance calls are monitored.  Glad I found the great postings on this website.  I will pass the information on to my superiors.

re: I C on the caller id: i called the number... talked to the front desk. apparently its a telemarketing firm working with bank of america. they're able to call despite the do not call list because of the "working relationship". was annoyed at first, but not enough of a big deal especially when the person was nice.

This is a marketing company for Bank of America that really doesn't care about when they call or if you get connected to a real person or not.  They are well known for after hours calls and automated dialing that doesn't connect you with a real person even after you answer.  I can't speak to their representation of other clients beyond B of A.  They actually have one number listed where you can at least leave a message even though the voice mail has no greeting.  That number is 302-750-8578 and is for their Director of Technical Services (i.e. maybe the guy who setup their auto dialer).

EVERYDAY!  I'm sure the call is important to them for some reason.  I was actually hoping that BofA was calling to close my accounts, including my mortgage...it would be cheaper that way!!!!!!!  

All banks are such frauds.  First off, there was no "recession" other then the one the banks created for themselves.  It started with their BS and it effected everyone, now they take tax dollars for free and up our interest rates using our own money and all the while tightening credit limits.  

The government supports it and I say the banks can get fked!  What a lesson to be learned...as soon as the grey haired hippie baby boomers get the heck out of the way and retire with their genius 401k idea and non-existent social sercurity we can get back to what made this country as great as it was.  Oh wait, that won't happen b/c they pissed their retirement away on scams and pissed their future away on scams and their egos.

Thanks BofA for calling me tonight...and last night...and tomorrow night.  I will hate you and the banking system forever.
