YES! Same here - They have called every day now for about 4 days and hang up every time I pickup & answer. If I let the answering machine come on - no message. Caller ID says "I C" and # "302-737-9533"

I called them back last night and told them to stop calling, I told them, which is the truth that my husband was home and very sick and was very tired of all the calls while he was tring to recup. I told them we had had enough, she was very helpful and so far I have had no calls today.  We shall see how long it will last.

Calls are every day within an hour time span. I finally called and asked the folks at Innovative Consultants not to call, please take me off their list. Other sites list them as an affiliate of MBNA and AIG, both of whom I do business with. I'm on the DNC list, but they are allowed to contact their own customers and those of their subsidiaries/partners. Crud. Hopefully...

I answered the phone and a couple of seconds passed, then a male voice said "careful" and disconnected.  Very weird.

I get this number on my caller ID every day with several names (usually IC and a couple of others that are meaningless) being used. I've tracked down a name to call - Tony Morrisey - who has something to do their website under construction - www.innovativeconsultants.com In a voicemail message he left this number - (203) 731-0488 - for an emergency call. He is in Danbury, CT. I will call him tomorrow to find out what his connection is to IC. If I don't get a satisfactory answer from him I intend to swamp his voicemail with messages until I get a satisfactory answer from him. You should all do the same - let's drive them nuts for a change! Also, after noting the client list on the http://www.ic-llc.net/contact.html website and since I do business with some of them I will be calling them to tell them that I will pull my business from their institution within 48 business day hours if they do not stop IC from calling me. I would also suggest you all do that as well. They will listen when they see their that their business is being hurt, not helped! Finally I will, if their clients don't follow through, I will contact the State Attorney General in my state - they are very good about dealing with stuff like this. Anyway, there you go.

Call came in - nobody on the other end.  I hung up after 30 seconds.  I can't wait until the phone companies make it easy for us to block individual numbers!

Calls every day. I never answer.

Caller ID said "IC", had delay and dead air to my "Hello". Was a male voice either,Hispanic or Black. Asked specifically for my husband. I said, this is Karen how can I help you? He said, he would call back- I told him if you are a bill collector, you better talk to me, I pay the bills! He said,"I am not a bill collector." Hung up on me.

Called and hung up when I answered. I called back and was told that they were calling on behalf of someone who I had a business relationship with so they were entitled to call me even though I'm on the Do Not Call list. I was given a second number to call and find out who they were working for. It turned out they were selling identity theft protection on behalf of Bank of America

Called Bank of America and asked to OPT OUT of future calls. they removed me from their list.  Hopefully this will solve the problem...

Called back, removed my number from their list.  Easy as pie.

I keep getting called by the number 302 737 9533 also.  I finally was able to get a person and found out it is Bank of America calling me to offer me an identify protection program on my credit card.  You can get a free copy of your credit report along with a 30 day trail of this protection.  After that, you have to pay so much a monthy.  If you do not want to recieve these calls from Bank of America, you need to call the customer service number 1-800-432-1000, press "0" or say speak to a representive, and tell them that you would like to "opt out" of ways thier marketing team contacts you.  You can choose for them to not call you, not send you snail mail, or e-mails.

Called several time over a two-three day period.  No message left.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS # NO IDIA WHAT THIS WAS ALL ABOUT AND THEY DO CALL SAME  TIME A  LOT

I get calls from this number too. I hate this because they keep calling at the wrong time and they never leave a message and i pick it up and no one replys

IC (302) 737-9533 is www.innovativeconsultants.com.  They are a consulting company for a company that is affiliated with Bank of America.  Call them and list your number as a Do Not Call.  If this does not work, complain to the DNC register and Bank of America.

A 'hired contractor' for Bank of America called and rattled off a bunch of information about my card, identity theft and a follow up credit report. After digging much, much deeper (for about 10 minutes) it turns out my identity had not been stolen, I was not in need of a new card and I would have to call to cancel the follow up credit report. Talk about scary and aggravating.
