This number calls my home daily and there is no one there when we answer, Hello.  It is annoying me and my family to no end.

We get 3 calls everyday from this number- and no one talks. I called the number back and added my number to be removed from the list. Hope they do not call me back- I will be really mad!

I too was getting calls every night from 302-737-9533. I got online and found all sorts of complaints on this phone numbet. I also noticed that I keep getting calls from Bank of America. My grandson who lived with me for a while before going into the Navy had an account with B of A. In this BLOG I noticed the name Inovative Consultants Caller ID: I C , keeps popping up as well as Bank of America. I called one of the phone numbers listed (1-800-432-1000) waited about 12 minutes to speak to a Real person. Other numbers to call are CA.(1-800-382-4357) also (1-877-382-4357) Tell them you want to "Be taken off their Marketing list" and "Opt Out of their telamarketing phone list" The person at the other end asked me my phone number, my address, and Name. I was a little hesitant about giving this type of info to a person on the phone. He said I could go online with B.O.A. and do the same thing. He said my address and phone number would be taken off their list and their Affiliates list as well. He was very nice about it.
LETS HOPE IT WORKS. He said it would take twelve weeks for all this to happen. WOW

I am told that this company is using this automated mechine calling technique to find out when you are home. They know times you are home, 1) If you answer the phone. 2) You call them back when you get home.(You were smart and looked at your caller ID machine then called to see who it was from out of state that called you. IT MIGHT BE IMPORTANT, IT MIGHT BE Ed McMann)
They then pass along this information to Bank Of America and Others, who then calls you back with a real person at a time you are likely to be home. It makes sense, that way the person at the call center is less likley to waist time calling and not getting No Answer. They also sell this information to other Telamarketing companies. NOW THEY ALL KNOW when you are likely to be home and WHEN TO BOTHER YOU.
PUSH BACH.
1) Go to the National Do Not Call website and get your phone numbers on their list. Don't forget the cell phone. These guys eat up your minutes.
2)Call this number 1-877-382-4357 and ask to be taken off their phone marketing call list.

4) E-mail your friends and tell them not to answer or return calls that come from 302-737-9533 or 301-882-9960, 301-890-3364, 302-282-3000, 302-290-3179, 302-290-5165, 302-290-6049, 302-458-1590, 302-458-4702, 302-731-1166... Basicly... the state of Delaware
Lets hope they don't sell this information to the bad guys that want to know when you won't be home so they can break into your house.
Did you know that half the people that work in call centers have been in prison!

HERE IS WHAT TO DO:

I get calls twice a day from 302-737-9533.
I always let it ring, but today, I did answer it.
The person or thing hung up.
I called the number back, but I got a message saying the number is no longer in service.
It sounds like a scam, because it seems that the person or business this number belongs to, does not want to be reached back.  
Call your police, phone company, Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org), Verizon (as they are the carrier for that number), or better yet, visit the National Do Not Call Registry Website at: https://www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.
You must be on the do not call list for at least 31 days before you can take action.
I have been on it for about 4 years.
I just filed a complaint against 302-737-9533.
If you get calls from this number, then you should complain as well.
By the way, I am sure that most of you know that this number is under the initials IC, and is from DE.

Annoying telemarketers.

I received a call from these people last week.A lady from bank of america offering a free credit card protection plan.I told her no thank you I do not want it please remove me from the calling list.They called again two days ago.I told her the person she is calling for does not live here.She said "Oh,I see" and hung up.They called again last night.I am fed up with these people.I recently  opened an account with Bank of America but I checked the box to be opted out of special offers and such.The lady does not get the hint I DO NOT want to be contacted.

For the past several weeks I have been getting calls in the evening, only to have the caller hang up on me when I answer.  I finally used *69 and got the number 302-737-9533.

Just got off the hone with 302-737-9533. They call almost every day, starting I guess about 3 weeks ago. Said they were with B of A, enrolling me in a privacy protection program and I would receive my free credit report in the mail, deciding to un-enroll could be my choice, but after 30 days they would charge me every month. Sounds shady....has anyone been around for the 30 days? Are they legitimate?

We have been receiving 2-3 calls per day from this company.  The most annoying thing to me is that I am the Mom, it is my phone number, I pay the bill for it, it is unlisted and currently on the NDNC list.  These calls are coming because two of my children are in college and have BofA accounts.  Like most of the other people who have written about Innovative Consultants, there is usually not anyone on the other end of the phone when I pick up.  I have called and requested to be put on their internal DNC list, but I doubt that will help.

bank of america sold your info... I have had calls for 2 months called them at Innovative consultants.

told them to update there records and if they call again I will move my assets from boa... called boa and warned them .. told them to stop selling my name... we will see if it had any effect.. I usally get 3 calls a day from these crazed phone monkeys.. wouldent buy anything if it was free..

i am sick of this person calling me and hung up.when i call them back, They don,t even know the name of the person they want to speak to.calling any time day or night(I AM TIRED).

Unwanted call

We have been getting the same calls, per Bonnie's post on 28 Apr 2007, I called 302-369-6857 and spoke with someone and requested to be taken off their list.  We will see if it works.

I get calls from this number at least once a day. I am registered with Do Not Call in Florida. I am very SICK OF IT.

i have recived several calls from this number i called and pressed zero to speak to a person and told her to put me on the DoNotCall list and she says it takes 30 days...so i guess they can still call for 30 more days??!!!

No details.  They just call and hang up frequently.  Mom died Friday and all the family is trying to call in.  I don't need this irritation right now.
I just wonder if they are the same people who call asking for people who have never lived here or had the use of my phone number?  I get a lot of computer generated calls.

I've been getting calls from this number everyday for several weeks now. I just don't answer it because of what I read here. Many of you say it is Bank of America telemarketing. I believe so. In the past, I have also received BOA annoying calls from different numbers. Here are two: 866-838-6579 and 8880-665-9900
I do have a small BOA account so they are entitled to call and harrass me. The Do Not Call Registry does not apply when you have a relationship with a party. What a crock of s**t.

They have called me twice, they don't say anything and they hang up... I am on the D.C.L.  Let them call me again, and I will tell them a few choice words... I hate when people do that.. STOP CALLING ME DAMMITT!!
